Abstract Drama Tragedy

Quantum of Unrest..

Quantum of Unrest..

Quantum of Unrest...

Uneasy lies the grave,

Of souls and unfinished agendas,

Losing the loved ones,

To a melancholy, an enigma unsolicited.

I ponder and in a pensive mood,

Look at the darkness of times,

What drove God, to open the Pandora's box,

What atonement beckons us?

Did we not pay the Piper,

For doing the chore of goodness,

Was it the wrath of innocence,

A lack of gratitude,

Which drove a dagger , in the soul

Of humanity?

The answer eludes me,

Cannot be just the vicissitudes,

Nor any simple twist of Nature,

To cause a mayhem and

Dance of death.

Is it the beginning of the End,

A time of reckoning,

A purging of the order,

For renaissance, a new world,

A lesson taught yet killing fields,

Sparing none, in day or night.

Castles have fallen to ruins,

Homes have become empty houses,

The laughter of children,

Resonates not, only empty echoes

Of parents grieving,

The stigma of hell is upon us,

When the storm shall abate,

None knows except for the higher power.

Weeds grows where flowers bloomed,

The beds in hospital, lies in dark shroud,

Of frozen grief,

A severe test of faith,

Who shall be next,

Is anyone's guess.

And like a horrific tale,

Whose last pages are torn,

The darkness engulfs all,

Day or night,

An endless nightmare,

Of losing and desperate times.
