The Navel of Love: The Beginning
                       By Sanjay Yadav

Once upon a time, there were two families in a village. Both families worked in agriculture, but they had different agricultural fields in different parts of the village.
The first family had three members: Ravi, the father, who worked in the agricultural field; Mamta, his wife, who was a housewife; and Krishna, their son.

The second family also had three members: Ram, the father, who worked in the same agricultural field as Ravi; Priya, his wife, who was a housewife; and Pooja, their daughter.
One morning, Ravi and Ram were working in the agricultural field together.

Ravi: Ram! Today, the agricultural field looks very different from the previous days.

Ram: Yes, you are right, Ravi. I think the rain has not come properly.

Ravi: Yes. Let’s see when the rain will come. We have been waiting for rain for many years, but nothing has happened.

Ram: Don’t worry, Ravi. One day, the rain will come, and our crops will grow.

Ravi: Yes, but we are still waiting for the rain.
After completing their agricultural work, Ravi and Ram went to their respective houses for lunch.

On the other side, Krishna and Pooja met each other at another place every day. Krishna loved Pooja and wanted to marry her. However, Krishna did not know that Pooja was secretly in love with another man named Raju. Ravi’s family and Ram’s family also did not know what was really happening between them.

During the night, Ravi came home after finishing his work. He was very tired and went to the washroom to freshen up. After that, he sat down on the floor for dinner.
After a few minutes, his son Krishna came home very late.

Ravi: Krishna! Where were you?

Krishna: Dad, I went somewhere for some work. That’s why I came home very late.

Ravi: Okay! No problem. Come and sit down for dinner.

Krishna: Okay, Dad. Wait. I will wash my face and come.

Ravi: Okay, go.

Meanwhile, something similar happened in Ram’s family.
Ram was also sitting on the floor for dinner when Pooja came home very late.

Ram: Dear! Where were you?

Pooja: Dad, I went somewhere for some work. That’s why I came home very late.

Ram: Okay. Come and sit down for dinner.

Pooja: Okay. Wait. I will wash my face and come.

Ram: Okay.

Later, both families went to sleep in their respective houses.
However, Krishna and Pooja had lied to their parents by saying that they had gone somewhere for work. In reality, they had been meeting at different places.

Krishna believed that Pooja loved him and wanted to marry him. But he did not know the truth.
Pooja was secretly in love with another man named Raju. She was only pretending to love Krishna and was playing with his feelings and his dream of marriage.
Krishna did not know that Pooja’s heart belonged to someone else.

The next morning, Ravi went to work in the agricultural field. On the other side, Ram also went to work in the agricultural field.

Ravi: Today, the weather is looking good.

Ram: Yes. I think it will rain today.

Ravi: My friend, I have been thinking about my son’s marriage.

Ram: I am also thinking about my daughter’s marriage.

After their conversation, Ravi and Ram went to their respective homes for lunch in the afternoon.

Ram: Okay, Ravi. Bye. See you in the evening.

Ravi: Okay! Bye, Ram. See you in the evening.

Ram: Sure!

Then both of them went inside their respective homes.
During the evening, Ravi and Ram got ready to go back to the agricultural field to work.
Ravi: Ram, come quickly. We have to go to the field to work.

Ram: Yes, I am coming. Please wait for a minute.

Ravi: Okay.

Ram came out of his house, and he and Ravi went to the agricultural field together.
When Ravi and Ram reached the agricultural field, it suddenly began to rain slowly.
Ravi and Ram became very happy to see the rain after waiting for it for such a long time. They looked at the sky and smiled as the rain fell over the agricultural fields.

On the other side, Krishna and Pooja secretly met at another place.
During the night, Krishna and Pooja spent time together. They held each other’s hands and shared a romantic moment. They expressed their love for each other and stayed together for some time.

However, someone saw Krishna and Pooja together and informed their parents about what had happened.
When Ravi and Ram received the information that their children had been meeting secretly and were in love with each other, both of them became very angry.

Ravi: Ram, listen! Do you know what our children have been doing?

Ram: Yes, I heard the information.

Ravi: I know that both of them love each other, but they didn’t inform us.

Ram: That’s not good. They should have told us about their relationship.

Ravi: When they come home, we must talk to them about this matter.

Ram: Yes, you are right. Let’s talk to them and find out the truth.

Both Ravi and Ram waited for Krishna and Pooja to return, prepared to ask them about their secret relationship.
During the night, Krishna and Pooja returned to their respective houses. When they arrived, they saw that their parents were standing outside.

Krishna: What happened?

Pooja: Yes, why are both of you standing outside?

Ravi: First, tell us where you are coming from.

Pooja: We came from somewhere for some work.

Krishna: Yes, Pooja is right.

Ram: Please don’t lie.

Ravi: Yes. We already know the truth.

Krishna: The truth? What truth?

Pooja: We don’t understand anything.

Ram: A villager saw both of you together in another room of a house.

Pooja became worried.

Pooja: We are really sorry.

Ram: If both of you love each other, then why didn’t you inform us?

Ravi: Yes. Tell us the truth.

Krishna: We wanted to tell you, but we thought that you would not accept our relationship. That’s why we didn’t inform you.

Pooja: Krishna is right. We are really sorry.

Ravi looked at Krishna and Pooja.

Ravi: We will accept your love.

Ram: Yes. We also accept your relationship.

Pooja: Really, Dad?

Ram: Yes, dear.

Both families accepted Krishna and Pooja’s relationship and agreed to their marriage.
However, there was a hidden truth that neither family knew. Pooja was secretly playing with Krishna’s feelings because she was actually in love with another man named Raju.

Krishna believed that Pooja truly loved him, while Pooja continued to hide her real feelings from everyone.
