'Are you scared of anything?' my friend, Sharon asked looking into my eyes as if she was finding fear in it.

'No' i said boldly. The conversation was paused for a minute as if she expected me to tell her my fear. She looked around the room for a minute, her eyes gazed upon an old newspaper. And started to flip through the pages. I got up to bring her some water. No one spoke till then, it seemed to be awkward.

After a minute or so, she screamed aloud, 'Are you afraid of ghosts or paranormal activities?' I laughed at the question and replied 'Obviously no' Sharon looked into my eyes again. I snapped my fingers in front of her and signalled her to stop looking into my eyes.

'I'll prove it to you!' said Sharon confidently. I nodded my head as I didn't believe any of those stuff. 'We'll be going to Naman House to prove it to you. I have heard that many paranormal activities have taken place there and the local people have even seen things'

I replied as a 'Yes' because she wouldn't have handled a 'No'. We travelled there, it took us about 2 days and 1 hour to get there. We got out o

f the car and stretched our legs as we looked at our hotel. The bellboy hurried to us and took our luggage in. We sat in our room admiring all bits of the room. 'So, we go now?' i asked Sharon. 'No' screeched Sharon and continued 'We go at night, obviously!'

We waited till it was night. After 3 or 4 hours finally, it was night. We walked till the house and explored the inside of the house. The inside of the house was anything great except the spider webs everywhere. We decided to wait in the garden for any paranormal activities. Nothing strange for and hour. Sharon fell asleep after the bunch of cupcakes she had. I didn't give up though.

After a few minutes, I saw a big shadow coming from a heap of Hays. I first thought if it was a ghost but then I questioned myself whether ghosts have shadows. As the shadow got closer, the shadow seemed more like an animal. At last ti it reached me, it seemed to be just a horse.

So, that's what the locals were afraid of. I carried Sharon back to the hotel and slept. But I still had a lot of questions. Was the horse only a coincidence or was it a trick?
