'Boss we will have to consult Empi first on this, so what do you say empi should we hire you guys?!!!' 

'Client why do you need to ask Empi? Who is he!! He is Junior to me working in my team. I make decisions so ask me if you have any doubts.' 

'Empi is our leader and he makes work decisions for us, so he will answer your question. We do not proceed without green signal from his side!.....' 

'Boss, you are not hired but your team is surely hired. Dude I am son of your sir. My dad told me to give this project to his company where stupids like you are working. I was suspicious about potentiality of you guys specially after finding constantly decreasing profits and hearing about floating inefficiency rumours in market. So he told me to see myself that how hard you guys work and then to make my decision. I decided to join you guys in your work to see your real working style. So I gave interview and I first met you, stupid person. I had decided there and then to get you out of my dad's company. But I wanted to see more of your unethical working pattern. I continued but to my surprise your team turned out be great with lot of potentiality. You are lucky to have got such great team members because of them you are looking good in company and surviving. Now get lost and go back at your own expense. '  

Don't trust anyone easily who comes for an interview. Make sure to cross verify.
