High flight

       

      Seema had gone to attend housewarming Ceremony at her friend’s house .After she reached home the doorbell rang. She ran to open the door. On seeing her husband Satish in front, she welcomed him smiling. After allowing Satish inside the house, she closed the door. And went kitchen to get some water for him. She also brought some light snacks with tea for him.Then She went to the kitchen to cook food after having breakfast and tea. Satish changed clothes and sat down to watch TV.

    Seema cooked food in an hour and called Satish for the Dinner. As soon as he came ,they had dinner . After eating food he went to sleep. Seema collected all the utensils from the dining table and cleaned them . She slept after finishing the preparations for tomorrow. she was tired but sleep was far away from her eyes. Despite a million attempts, she was not able to sleep. Ever since she came out of her friend's house, she was haunting a new house again and again. She was happy for her friend, one of her worries disappeared forever. Now she was free from every problem in the rented house. Admittedly, she has a burden on her head but gradually she will become debtfree one day or the other. She was wondering ,when she would get rid of the rented house. Her husband was not worried about anything. He was just cool in himself. He was busy in his office, friends, parties, and picnics. He was neither worried about home nor children. Both the children were staying in hostel due to his job. The entire responsibility of household and children was cross-border. Seema was lucky that her job was safe. Otherwise, what would have happened if she had depended on her husband . She had a dream of own house, which was hardly possible to fulfill .She was worried of the rent hike and the problem of changing the house every eleven months. Just two days ago, the landlord again informed about the next month to increase the rent. If you cannot pay the the rent, then you have to vacate the house. She thought to talk to Satish about the house problem once again tomorrow.

       Even after talking, he gave the usual reply that he has to build house in his village.on Hearing his answer, she became upset and explained that it will not serve any purpose if he builds a house in village since they are working in city. But he did not agree. Then she said to share the expenses, he felt very bad. Both of them had difference in thoughts and the discussion changed into a quarrel. The quarrel increased so much that the matter reached up to divorce.

They both got divorced. He was not ready to take responsibility of the children. He left house permanently . Seema took care of her children, not caring for him. She lived in the same house for few years.

       By then both the children had grown up. They both came home after completing college studies. They asked about their papa she told the truth to them. Both children were very intelligent. They were very emotional towards their mother. Her son consoled her to never mind or don't worry now. I and Pinky have arrived, see now our days will change.

         Both of them searched for employment. His efforts succeded one day. Her son Manish got a job in a very large company. He even got home and a vehicle to travel  from his office to house. Seema was very happy. After some months her daughter Samrudhidi also got a lecturer's job in a good college as per her choice. She was also very happy. Both brother and sister knew that the house got from the company, will remain as long as they have a job. Their mother's dream was to have their own house. Both of them wanted to fulfill their mother's dream. Both worked very hard together. Manish started depositing extra money by working in over time and Samrudhi also started to deposit additional money by giving private tuition in free time. Both had only one aim .That both of them started very devotedly to fulfill it.

      Both of them arranged amount for the down payment and bought a new two BHK Ready flat in a good area and came home. When the mother got this happy news, she was not convinced at first. But when both of them took her to show a new house, she was very happy while returning. She liked the house too. When it came to money, both of them explained that she should not worry about it. Because they both have arranged for the loan.

           In few months, his loan was passed, he paid off all the money and came home with the key. Then these two brother and sister made the house beautiful by decorating it. All the amenities were also arranged. Seema was also very happy.. One day they all shifted to the new house.

 Seema expressed her desire to her children of “ Housewarming Ceremony and Boiling of milk in new house . According to her this was a ritual for the prosperity of the house . Both the siblings were very obedient to their mother . on the second day. So Manish and samrudhi agreed and arranged the ritual .The first ritual was celebrated in grand way . Seema invited their friends and relatives . Today she felt as if she landed to a new house from a high flight across the old house.
