Examination

               There was group of some students in sub town of a district place in Madhypradesh during first decade of 2000. They all failed in their board examination. Their subjects were not very common in which they were unsuccessful. Majority of them were failed in mathematic and English. But there was very tough competition among them, to be feel very proud about the subject in which individual got success. Few of them, if they passed in common subject. Then there was a comparison of marks scored. Who scored highest marks in the subject. He was supposed to be the expert of the subject. All other would prepare and appear in the examination under his able guidance. Although they were unsuccessful in passing the board examination, everybody felt that he was superior in successful subject to other as per their set norms. With these views, they satisfied their parents also. How their son or daughter was superior to other unsuccessful students in the colony. There was the subject of discussion among them about superiority for many days. Every body was pleased by his argument and own logic. 

             This tempo was kept alive till the date of submission of application form for appearing for reexamination. There was only this subject among them. It was very interesting to note that there was never quarrel among them on this topic. Everybody respects his opponent’s views just like gentle parliamentarian. There is also many times hot discussion among the members of various political parties of elected candidate of the house. It was honor for them that all group members were more disciplined than the elected members of the houses.

        All of sudden, one of them used to bring the news that only few days were left for submission of application form for appearing board examination. All them get excited, energetic and enthusiastic for the next mission of submission of application by leaps and bounds. Every body was a great leader among them. That is why, they used to distribute the work of scheduled mission among them equally. Non of them failed in allotted work. Output was as right as rain. All them seemed to be very busy as if they were on very difficult mission in national interest. Looking at their activities, their parents as well as colony residents thought for while that all of them were very sincere that time. All of them would clear the target definitely. They used to submit their application form in such way that it would be the last and final attempt from their side. A merit student would fail in examination, but no body could stop them from success.

        During this mission every body from the colony experienced that their colony was alive. They thanked all the members of the group for their crucial activities. After submission of application form, there would be again pin drop silence in length and breadth in the colony. Every body thought that all students were busy in their preparation. They broke their legs for them.

           Nobody was seen from the group wandering here and there. When examination was about to start. Then there was mobilization among the members of the group. They appeared for examination as if it was festival for them. They put on new dress, new pen and other material required for writing the paper. They went to the examination centre like gentle examinee. They never caught in malpractice in their entire education struggle. They looked very serious as if they were merit student.

            After completion of examination. They get relaxed. They used to go film, picnic, games and traveling. They enjoyed their relaxation period in such way that they paid all their effort in study and really required refreshment. In fact it was their knee grease mission. Their activities came to standstill when the result was likely to come in few days. Then there was again pin drop silence in the colony. Nobody from the group was able to pass the examination. They remained very quite in their activities. 

         There were some girls in the group. One of the girl had family relation with neighbor uncle. She gave his telephone number to all the friends and relatives. Three to four calls generally received by the aunt and uncle daily. All activities of her group were known to them. Whenever, uncle asked about her examination, she became cold feet. Back to her home with light smile. She was always cold shoulder to the uncle’s question. Many time, it felt that their examination was just like natural phenomenon. Uncle observed this examination phenomenon for last three years with same dynamism, enthusiasm , energy till his last stay before transfer from the station. but, I was not there to see their all activities again. But I hats their spirit of filling of application form for appearing the board examination. The way with confidence, they carried out such wonderful, integrated plan gigantic responsibility.
