It seems that my journey is going forward. Every day learning something new and healing from the past trauma make my day special. I am making goals and planning for my future. I am feeling that I am getting disciplined more and more as days go by and understanding my responsibilities.

Today, When I was working on my article writing, today was the last day of submission. I got a message from my past college friend. I kept checking my phone to see if he got my message and did he reply to me. Then, I realised I should finish my work first as it did not have to take more than an hour. I remembered the quote "If you want to be free from your work, finish it as soon as possible.'' So I put down my phone from the back and started working on my work rather than regretting it later. 



Also, The weakness in me is that I planned so much but didn't take action on it. Now, I have planned I will start taking action on all those things that I have planned from before and then move forward. This will help me to complete my work on time and energy will be used in a more useful way. This is making me make realistic goals for the future.

I realised today that When I talk to someone I speak more about my negative thoughts. The things that take me to the lower side. That is making me feel down and unable to achieve goals.
