Chip's Cooking

Chip was a 10 years old little boy who cherished cooking. 

His mother used to say him, "Chip I think when you grow up you should open your own hotel. You cook so lovely meal!”

“I suppose I will mom ” Chip always used to reply her smiling and imagining himself in a form of chef with a white chef hat and a white apron and serving everyone his most delicious dishes. He even used to think about a name for his hotel! He used to say to himself dreamily , ”I will keep my hotel’s name-”YUMMY TREATS”, or maybe…. “FOOD CHOICE” no maybe FOODIE or maybe……

One day there was a cooking contest in his school. Chip baked a lovely cake in that contest and won the first prize! Now, by this every girl in his class started to take tips of cooking by him!

But on the other hand by this the other boys in his class started to get jealous of him. They started to hate him though he was a kind, helpful and caring child. They started to tease him,” you are a girl you love to cook so you are a girl” and used to laugh on him by saying this. Chip got very sad and went to his mother and said the whole thing. His mother explained him peacefully,” look Chip, the boys are just jealous of you so they are teasing you. Do not lose courage. Follow your passion and one day you will succeed your passion.”

The next day Goofy (one of the boys who teased Chip) came to Chip’s house. He looked guilty. He rang the bell. Chip ran and opened the door and saw Goofy’s guilty face. When Goofy saw Chip he said,” I am sorry Chip for teasing you that day. I actually wanted to appreciate you but the other boys black-mailed me that I am afraid of you. I could not hold my anger and went in their group. I am really very sorry.”

Chip said,” I am glad that you understood your mistake. I will forgive you.” and gave him a squeeze.

“you really have pardon me!?”exclaimed Goofy,” hmm....actually I have one more favor to ask. My mom is sick so she is not able to cook food. So, will you ask your mother that if she is available and if yes can she come now and cook our lunch?”

Chip frowned,” actually my mom is out…but don’t worry I will cook food for you!”

“really!”

“yes”

And with this Chip got ready and with Goofy he went to Goofy’s house. There he cooked a lovely meal(of course!). Everyone in Goofy’s family appreciated him for his talent.

The next morning when Chip went to school all the boys who teased him came to him to say sorry. Chip was surprised. He looked at Goofy who had came earlier and was now standing beside him. Goofy winked at him and said,” I told them that what happened yesterday and now they are feeling guilty and are saying sorry to you!”

Chip laughed and said,” you all are my friends and there are now sorrys in friendship!

Isn’t Chip really a nice boy?
