Will It Ever Change?

Will It Ever Change?

The idea of having school at home made me feel glad,

It seemed to be the scope of light that could help us stand

This didn't seem to be very pleasing to all especially my dad,

Who could never stop quarreling until I turned bland?

Will it ever change?

People never understand that I am a big half-grown lad,

To whom God had just gifted two large hands.

To write pages of notes seemed too bad.

It would have been quite easy if it went the way teachers had once planned.

Will it ever change?

Life would have been much better if everything remained the same as the ones I had.

But I like to bring back such days we would require a wand.

Maybe that's when no one would really feel sad.

About the depressing times that we spend because of great demand.

Will it ever change?

It's been so many days that I have seen anyone with a nice clad,

But before meeting any of them you better get them scanned.

These day's people dress like a nomad

And no matter what you speak they would never understand.

Will it ever change?

Is there anything else that I could add?

About the efforts that we try to take to withstand.

By staying at home and staring the entire time at my Pad.

It would have been so nice to listen to our teacher's commands.

Will it ever change?
