The Ailing Earth

As I look at the vast wide world through my window sill,

I realize that the world is darker than what I feel.

The world requires more humane people who can cure the earth which, is ill.

We need to restore humanity and empathy so that the earth can heal.

The world has been a residing place and hatred and greed.

Sometimes, nature gives us a big tight slap so that we don't pull the leg of the poor and let them proceed.

We need to make life fun as tomorrow isn't guaranteed.

Well, some take it too seriously and enjoy seeing the poor wail and bleed.

They forget that it's not their wealth that comes with you after your death it is your deeds.

There are millions of people who love giving advice.

They say that true success demands sacrifice.

Well, some take it too seriously and sacrifice the human in them and ask whether that would suffice.

If there is the question of how the earth perishes, it's neither fire nor ice. 

It's you, people. You have treated the planet like merchandise.

And, now you want humans as your consolation prize.

You have played enough with the earth. Why do you want to play with people's lives?

Why is my life your game?

Why do you keep on suppressing me to gain fame?

You can do whatever you want with your money. But, you can't extinguish my burning flame.

All that I've got to ask is, don't you have any shame?

Why am I the only one screaming for humanity?

Why does the world hate to neutralize opportunity?

Why does the government falsely promise the poor liberty?

We attained freedom years ago but was your fight powerful enough to eliminate internal politics in my society.

I am not doing this for popularity.

I want us to clean and restore the earth's quality.

They say a smile is the best reply to a dark world.

But the world is not only dark. It is pushed to be crippled.

This time the earth is disabled, not specially-abled.

We have snatched away its ability long ago. Now the problem has doubled.
