Platonic Love II

The day dreamer I had become,

A lot of things were to overcome.

 Just for is one single glance,

 Took the punishment by chance.

 Never missed a single day,

 I never liked a holiday.

In break time he passed by giving a smile,

 I passed by giving him a smile .

Anxiously, I was waiting for the annual function,

Because zero period was like conjunction.

I was tallest of all lass in my house,

He was the captain of the other house.

 For the march past, I stood at the opening, 

He had to hold flag so he too stood focussing.

A friend of mine has started teasing me with his name,

She had known all my tricks and my aim.

 Now I used to feel shy,

And she used to exemplify.
