Little Known
The plight of humans is little known,
What journey awaits is little known.
No matter how sagacious we are,
What may intercept us is little known.
Sometimes we are hapless and severely tormented.
Sometimes we are furious and badly restricted.
Such is the status of we human kind.
Our journey can’t be predicted by our witty mind.
Sometimes we are swollen with intense joy.
Sometimes profusely our lives we enjoy.
Such patience and endurance do exist.
Yet our journey we can barely predict.
The plight of humans is little known,
What journey awaits is little known.
No matter how sagacious we are,
What may intercept us is little known.
Sometimes we are harassed and do muse.
Sometimes we uplift and do excuse.
Such efforts we take with time.
So that our journey may gloss and shine.
Sometimes apt decisions and narrative we apply.
Sometimes being candid and with verve we cry.
Such subtlety in life we do apply.
Yet authentically on our life we rely.
