In Need
In Need
He is the one in need,
He is the one who needs to be fed,
He is begging to live,
We cannot imagine his condition,
Because we are busy in satisfying our own greed.
He struggles each day,
But he has nothing to say,
His worry is only to get the next meal,
But we are not ashamed
Because that much we can throw in one sway.
His poverty is not his choice.
It is not his fault if he has nothing to rejoice,
His life has gone searching the trashes,
But this does not bother us,
Because our life is shinning behind the camera and its flashes.
He has no shed, nor clothes to wear,
He does call but nobody hears,
His family suffers in front of his eyes,
But why we should spend sleepless nights.
