Turn The Pages

Turning over the pages of time

I found a few pages torn and missing

I have searched from one end to another

But could not find any affectionate word written on any page,

No explanation or reason for whatever happens in life.

Each page had a story, of the time spent with someone who was mine

A relation that was everything to me at that time.

Now the memories knock on the door of thoughts

But a sense of strength protects the heart.

There are few questions that remain unanswered

But I have stopped looking for answers,

With a feeling of acceptance and the pages of experience added to this book of life.
