Respect
Respect
A treasure it is,
In our own hands;
To be kept safe,
And to be preserved.
A mile of road may fall short,
Over an ounce of dignity;
If not built with the diligence,
And faith it ought to be.
We keep walking on the way,
Leaving trails behind.
That shines the lane of memories,
With a glitter of shade as worth.
Shortfalls may occur,
Putting a test to fight;
But a sword with glaze,
Can cut through the said words.
Amidst the height of fame,
A layout is drawn;
A simple ignorance or mistake,
Could lead to an irreparable state.
State of mind or heart as it might,
But the flame should go along.
