Imagine

Is it crazy that I imagine this world with you? 

One where you and I are dancing around a store, laughing at our dinner choices for the week; 

A world where it’s just you and I; we put our past behind us, we live carefree.

Where you laugh at my alarm in the mornings, where I scowl at your endless late nights, where we find peace in each other. 

You laugh at my music, you sigh at my TV selections, you rage over my outbursts, you slump over my tears, you love me for me. 

Imagine this; where it’s just us, where we’re free to take long walks in the rain and scream at the stars for no goddamn reason other than we want to.

I imagine your skin, my eyes, a small smile; I imagine a life of endless bickering and a life of endless love. 

Is it crazy that imagine this world with you, even though, you don’t imagine it with me?
