Childhood Monsoon

Childhood Monsoon

1 min
8

Beneath the stormy clouds, we found our joy,

Puddles were oceans, for every girl and boy.

Paper boats sailed on rivers of rain,

Childhood dreams in monsoon's domain.

Splashing through the streets, laughter so pure,

Memories of monsoons, forever endure.

The scent of earth, fresh and sweet,

Childhood monsoon, a nostalgic treat.

Cozy nooks and rainy books,

Grandma's tales and secret looks.

Lightning flashed, a sky ablaze,

In those monsoons, endless days.

Every raindrop was a story told,

Of adventures new and mysteries old.

Under the monsoon’s gentle reign,

We'd find our childhood once again.
