Siba and Pooja were good friends. They both were ambitious enough yet there were a lot of differences in the way they use to think.

Siba was a dreamer and Pooja was a doer. They both had very strict parents who did not believe in the unconventional or creative careers of graphic designers or content writers. Siba had seen poverty and Pooja just knew the bare minimum of what it is like to be in a middle-class family. Siba was a graphic designer. Pooja was a content writer. They both worked for a marketing agency.

One day during office hours during their regular tea break at the tapri they were discussing a client project.

" I feel if they just change their design, it would be of help to them," Siba said out of frustration. Pooja responded calmly while sipping tea. "Maybe they do not care about design what they want is people to read the newsletter." " And how is that possibly going to happen if you do not change the design!" Siba exclaimed. " The newsletter has to look attractive!" Siba added. Pooja just did not know what to say. So she kept quiet for a few seconds. "Say something...!" Siba wanted Pooja to speak.

" You know there are some organizations who are not very much into design all they care about is whether their photo is in the newsletter. Some people only care about themselves, was their poetry published in the office newsletter? was their voice heard? did they get the limelight? Siba we have to understand people's psyche. People have 9-5 jobs, responsibilities, and loans to pay. Do you think they will be passionate about the way the newsletter is designed? All they care about is whether they are in it. Just think about it. We need to make them feel special or important. As a content writer, I feel we should have a writing contest for the office newsletter where all the team members get to participate. They will be so happy to see their name in the office newsletter. What do you think?" Pooja looked Siba in the eye.

Siba knew Pooja is making sense and this is exactly what use to irritate her. " This is the problem with people like you, you do not know how to make things beautiful, and you do not know how to enjoy nature and life. All you care about is how your day went, did you meet the deadline, was the salary credited to the bank account. How boring!."

Pooja was quick to reply, " Life is not a movie or colourful piece of art for everyone Siba. For some people, it is just about surviving each day. Some of them do not even have time to sit and enjoy the sunrise or sunset."

Siba was glad Pooja bought this up ." Exactly! Why is that Pooja? Look around you, Just look how beautiful the Sun looks today. Today was the best Sunrise I saw while taking a morning walk. It was bliss. Why are some people so disconnected from all of this?"

Pooja was quick to add, "Responsibilities! Routine!"

Siba smiled, " Do you think people should take some time out and enjoy nature or this city the way it is designed?"

Pooja replied, " And what is that going to do? Is it going to change anything? Are you going to get paid more just because you know how to enjoy nature or the way this city is designed?"

Siba got excited, he loved arguing with Pooja. he loved challenging her. He said," Yes eventually yes.!"

Pooja was curious now, " How ?"

Siba replied," When you learn to enjoy Sunrise, long morning walks, something in you changes Pooja, you are filled with positivity, new ideas, you get a lot of quiet time to ponder and reflect, you get great ideas, maybe great ideas on how to earn more money, new business ideas, you are pumped up!"

Pooja added, " My father goes on morning walks every day. He is still the same. "

Siba knew this was coming. He knew the father angel was coming. " Forget about your father, What about you? Have you tried it? "

Pooja grinned," Sure it increased my Vitamin D level, It made me feel more energetic"

Siba jumped," See what that has done to you! "

Pooja was surprised, " How can you possibly connect enjoying Sunrise and this!"

Siba was quick to respond," You agree that it increased your Vitamin D level right?

Pooja was tired now," Yes...."

Siba added " It reduced stress? Did it improve your mood? You slept well at night that day?

Pooja smiled, " Yes sort of...What is your point here?"

Siba took a deep breath, " You were happy that day, You must have at least once tried to put life into perspective."

Pooja tried to re-collect, " Yes for once I felt everything is going to be alright."

Siba added," Don't we all want that feeling to stay with us forever, This feeling of everything being alright? That is what nature does to you. It reassures you."

Pooja smiled and looked at Siba," Wow ! that is a very unique way of putting things together."

Siba also smiled and looked at Pooja, " Will people feel like opening the newsletter and reading it if it is not designed properly or is not attractive to their eyes?"

Pooja said, " I understand a good design, walk in nature, sunrise does something to your mind in a positive way! I am sold Siba!"

Siba replied, " Yes finally! Now w That is what a good design can do to your eyes and your soul. He can finally pitch this idea together."

Pooja smiled and added again " We should also have a more intense conversation like these over the chai-tapri during broad daylight for fresh ideas :)."

Siba jumped," Of course! See it is all connected!

Pooja replied: Yes it is. Mr Designer!

Siba replied back: Thank you, Ms Content Writer!

( And from that day sharp at 10 am both Pooja and Siba use to be seen at the chai - tapri, discussing ideas and life.)
