Where is the Fourth Monkey

No! I don't like Mizaru who shuts his eyes to the evil happening around. I also don't want to be Kikazaru who shuts his ears to not to listen to what's happening around. I also don't want to be Iwazaru who shuts his mouth so that he won't raise his voice to fight for the wrong happening and to avoid speaking the truth to the world.

These are the monkeys who make me weak. Who make my womanhood to be a part of the evil happening in society. I'm searching for that fourth monkey who has open thoughts so that it sees the evil and hears the pain and so can speak and raise his voice to bring justice, to bring equality. If the ears are shut and eyes are closed then aren't we forcing our sisters and brothers to suffer.

To celebrate women's day and spread the message of happiness and equal opportunity we have to lock the Mizaru, Kikazaru and Iwazaru, shut them in a cage far away from our thoughts. Then only the fourth monkey, with open thoughts will come to be by your side. Just imagine a girl walking on the road and someone comes to pull her hand but no one comes forward to help because we have kept the Mizaru, Kikazaru and Iwazaru with us. They are present with us all around us, everywhere, harming and pulling us from that success point where we could have reached if even one of them carried the fourth monkey with them. The three monkeys are there everywhere: on the road, your workplace,in your home! Even those beloved and closest ones, carry these three safely and closely with them. 

Just take a step ahead, think what is right,do what is right, leave the three monkeys aside, invite that fourth monkey to be by your side,with you always. Its there within you, remove the dirt from your mind, install the courage to bring it out. The fourth monkey is hiding somewhere very deep within you. Once you get it your thoughts will become clear, the dirt on that mirror of doubt will go and you will see your replica more clean and clear. You will be that strong person that you never knew. 

Kill the three monkeys that are within you. They already exist in large numbers around us. Allow that fourth monkey to be born and nurture it to get stronger so that you can achieve the success. Never shut your eyes to the wrong happening around you,never shut your ears. Instead give your ear to that one person who is depressed and in pain and speak out your pain then only that fourth monkey will help you to open your thoughts.
