The Warrior In Me Bled

"You are a warrior,

And warriors aren't ashamed-

To bleed", 

I heard my heart say it,

As my mind spoke it out to-

The worthiness of me,

As the cramps ached me,

I pressured the painfulness with pressure,

Like a warrior on battlefield would do to his bleeds,

I bled, as I fled from under the shadows-

Of people saying I bled unholy,

But I knew the worthiness of me,

As I covered eliminated my ache with my smile,

I knew my blood was a blessing,

"You are a warrior,

And warriors aren't ashamed-

To bleed", 

Said my heart, as it preached my soul.
