Unshakable

Emily knew nothing; just nothing could fill her heart's hole. Her life had come to a standstill. Death had suddenly snatched away all her peace and left her in the middle of nowhere. 

Her heart felt numb and heavy with pain. She loved her mother dearly and an accident took her life. Although two years had passed since the incident took place. Yet she could not get over the whole incident. 

She prayed to the almighty that wherever her mother was make it a happy place for her soul to rest.

Every day she would mourn her mother's death and felt sad. 

One day as usual she was browsing on the internet when she learned that a airplane had crashed. She got startled and shocked by the news.

Sonali one of her best friend was on board. She quickly called her up. But the call didn't connect. Then I called up her brother who told me to my relief that she was safe and sound. 

I was happy and thanked the almighty for my friend's well being. 

Prayers and meditation and my unshakable belief in God makes my heart feel better and peaceful.
