TRAIN- HEARTBREAKER

The train whistled.... As if to mark the last moment of separation... For from today they won't meet again....

She hugged him tighter, as if to remember his last heartbeat, to savour him for one last time, yes their separation was imminent.

She: "Now you are gone, how would you remember me, or would you even want me to remember", she frowned.

He smiled, he loved her little red cheeks when she was frown, for he knew beneath this cute anger, resides a sweet heart that beats only for him, the heart, whose beats are reminiscent of the breath of fresh air, that one thrives after scorching heat.

"Say something, how would you remember me, please" She pleaded.

He, "How do you want me to remember you, through a portrait of this beautiful face which would remain engraved forever in my heart, or in the nuances of my verses, that would come to me, in my lonely nights and days from now on, now you won't be with me".

"Don't you think both will be complementary?", she winked and chuckled.

They became silent again, as the train started to move.

Maybe the Train didn't want the answer... because some things are better left unsaid, isn't it.
