Tomorrow

"Come on, lazy! You warmed the couch enough, get up!" I was exasperated by my brother's habit of hogging the couch and the remote. "Relax Sis! Let me watch today. You can have the couch and the remote tomorrow." I wondered what's tomorrow. "I am very busy tomorrow," he replied.

The next day......

"I thought you were very busy today?" I was surprised when I saw him enjoying a mid-morning nap. "I'm still planning." I threw up my hands in despair, "Today is the day you talked about yesterday." In return, he winked at me impishly, "I am waiting for tomorrow."

The day after...

"So what are you doing today?" I asked. "Whatever I had planned, I'm putting it off until tomorrow," he answered. I should have known! What can be done today can as well be done tomorrow!!
