THE ZOMBIES ON THE ISLAND

ACT I
[Once upon a time, there was a small village. In this village, a group of close friends lived together. One morning, Ravi sat under a tree. Suddenly, Priya noticed him nearby.]

Scene I

Priya: Hi, Ravi.

Ravi: Hi, Priya. How are you?

Priya: I am fine, Ravi.

Ravi: Why did you come here?

Priya: I saw you sitting under the tree.

Ravi: Yes. I was bored at home.

Priya: Ravi, you are thinking about something.

Ravi: Nothing, Priya.

Priya: Ravi, don’t hide anything from me.

Ravi: I am thinking about something.

Priya: What are you thinking about?

Ravi: I am thinking about a trip.

Priya: What trip?


Scene II

[Preeti and Raju come near the tree to meet their friends.]

Preeti: Hi, Ravi and Priya.

Priya: Hi, Preeti.

Ravi: Come, Preeti. How are you?

Preeti: I am fine.

Ravi: What about you all?

Raju: Ravi, what happened?

Priya: Raju, Ravi is thinking about a trip.

Raju: Really? What trip, Ravi?

Ravi: I am just thinking about a trip. It is not final yet.

Preeti: A trip is a very good idea.

Raju: Yes, Preeti. It’s a good idea.



Scene III

[All the friends discuss the trip together near the tree.]

Ravi: Friends, we should think about the best place for the trip.

Priya: I think we should go somewhere different.

Preeti: Guys, I have an idea.

Raju: What idea, Preeti?

Ravi: Tell us, Preeti.

Preeti: We should go to an island for the trip.

Priya: That’s a good idea.

Ravi: Yes, but the island may be dangerous for us.

Raju: Don’t worry, Ravi.

Preeti: Yes, we will all be together.

Priya: We will stay together on the trip, so don’t worry.



ACT II

[All the friends go to their homes to pack their things for the trip.]

Scene I

Ravi: Guys, go home and start packing your bags.

Priya: Remember, tomorrow we will all meet at the same time.

Preeti: Okay.

Raju: Okay, done.

Ravi: Don’t be late tomorrow.

Raju: I want to ask something.

Priya: Yes, Raju. Tell us.

Raju: What time will we meet tomorrow?

Ravi: We will meet tomorrow at 10:00 AM in the morning.

Preeti: That is the perfect timing.

Priya: So the timing is final for tomorrow morning.

Ravi: Let’s go.

Preeti: We will all enjoy our trip on the island.


Scene II

[Early in the morning, all the friends meet near the tree.]

Ravi: Hi, Priya.

Priya: How are you?

Ravi: I am fine.

Priya: Ravi, are you ready for the trip?

Ravi: Yes, I am ready for the trip.

Preeti: Where are the others?

Ravi: We already decided the timing for the trip.

Ravi: They will come. Don’t worry.

Priya: Look, both of them are coming.

Ravi: Why are you late?

Preeti: Sorry.

Raju: I am really sorry too.

Ravi: Okay, no problem.


Scene III

[All the friends start travelling for the trip.]

Preeti: Our trip journey has started.

Priya: Yes, this journey feels very nice.

Ravi: First, we need to catch the bus to the seaport.

Priya: Let’s wait for the bus near the bus stand.

Raju: Look, the bus is coming.

Priya: Let’s get ready to enter the bus.

Ravi: Guys, enter the bus slowly.



ACT III

[All the friends enter the bus and begin their journey to the seaport.]

Scene I


Ravi: Now we have entered the bus.

Priya: Yes.

Preeti: Now what should we do?

Ravi: We should choose a leader for our team.

Priya: Good idea.

Preeti: Who will be the leader?

Raju: I think Ravi is the best leader for our team.


Scene II


[All the friends reach the seaport.]

Priya: Look, guys. We have reached the seaport.

Ravi: Let’s go.

Priya: First, we need to ask about the price for a big boat.

Raju: Let’s go and ask them.

Raju: Ravi, you ask them for a big boat and try to get a good deal.

Ravi: Okay.



Scene III

[After making the deal, they take a big boat for the trip.]

Ravi: We got a good price for the big boat.

Priya: Good job, Ravi.

Preeti: I appreciate you, Ravi.

Ravi: Thank you.

Raju: Don’t waste time. Let’s go.

Preeti: Yes, let’s go for the trip.

Ravi: First, we will enter the boat, then start the journey.

Priya: Yes, we are all ready for the trip journey.


ACT IV


[After some time, they reach the island.]

Scene I

Ravi: Hi, guys.

Priya: What happened, Ravi?

Ravi: Look, I can see an island.

Preeti: Good, Ravi.

Raju: Let’s go to that island.

Ravi: So, are you all ready to reach the island?

Raju: Yes, we are all ready.

Preeti: Let’s go.

[Then all of them reach the island without any problem.]



Scene II

Priya: Now we have reached the island.

Preeti: Yes, but we still have more work to do.

Ravi: We should do one thing.

Raju: What?

Ravi: Let’s divide the work among ourselves 

Priya: Good idea.

Ravi: Preeti, you collect bamboo to build a house.

Preeti: Okay.

Ravi: Priya, you collect water for drinking.

Priya: Sure.

Ravi: Raju, stay with me and help me.

Raju: Okay, done.

[All of them start working to settle on the island.]



Scene III

Preeti: Ravi, I brought bamboo to build the house.

Ravi: Okay, keep it there.

Priya: I also brought water for drinking. When the water gets over, we can collect more from the waterfall. It is very near.

Ravi: Okay, Priya.

Raju: Ravi, everything is ready for our basic needs.

Ravi: Now we can sit together and eat lunch.
 It’s getting late.

Preeti: Yes, I am very hungry.

Priya: Let’s sit for lunch.

[They sit together and start eating lunch on the island.]


ACT V

[After lunch, they continue working.]

Scene I

Priya: The lunch was very tasty.

Ravi: Yes, very tasty.

Preeti: Now we should take some rest.

Raju: Yes, it is very hot.

Preeti: No, guys. We still have more work to do.

Ravi: I totally agree with Preeti.

Raju: Yes, we have to build a house from bamboo to stay in.

Preeti: Now it is evening time.

Ravi: Now all the work is completed.

Raju: Yes, only the bamboo house is left to finish.

Priya: Let’s have dinner and sleep.

Preeti: I am very tired now.

[All of them finish dinner and sleep in the bamboo house.]


Scene II


[Midnight — Priya hears mysterious sounds outside.]

Priya: What sound is that? I should wake someone up now. Ravi, wake up.

Ravi: What happened, Priya?

Priya: Listen, there are some mysterious sounds outside.

Ravi: Please, Priya, don’t disturb me now.

Priya: Ravi is not waking up properly. I will go outside and check.

[Priya goes outside to check.]

Scene III


[Priya sees something strange, becomes scared, and silently returns to sleep.]

Priya: It is very scary. I will not tell anyone.
 Let’s sleep without worrying.

[Next morning]

Ravi: Good morning, everyone.

Preeti: Good morning.

Raju: Good morning, Ravi.

Ravi: Has anyone seen Priya?

Preeti: She is not inside.

Ravi: No.

Raju: I think she went for a walk.

Ravi: I remember, yesterday night she called me.

Scene IV

Ravi: Let’s go and find her.

Preeti: Don’t worry, Ravi.

Raju: She will come back.

Ravi: Look, Priya is coming now.

Priya: What happened, guys?

Ravi: Where did you go?

Priya: I went outside for a walk.

Ravi: Okay.

Priya: Ravi, I want to talk about something.

Ravi: Yes, tell me.

Priya: Not here. Let’s talk somewhere else.

Ravi: Okay, come.

Priya: Ravi, I saw something last night.

Ravi: What?

Priya: Yes, I really saw something.

Ravi: Are you serious, Priya?

Priya: I know you will not believe me.

Ravi: I think you saw a bad dream.

Priya: No, Ravi. Please believe me.

Ravi: Okay, I believe you.

Priya: Thank you, Ravi.

Ravi: But how will you tell this story in front of Preeti and Raju?

Priya: Let’s try.

Ravi: Tonight, we will talk to them.

Priya: Okay.

ACT VI

[Night — all the friends sit near the house for dinner.]

Scene I
Ravi: Guys, I want to talk about something.

Preeti: Yes, tell us.

Raju: What do you want to say?

Ravi: I don’t want to say it. Priya will tell you.

Raju: Okay.

Priya: First, promise me that all of you will believe me.

Preeti: Okay, we promise.

Priya: Yesterday night, I saw something in the forest.

Preeti: What?

Raju: I think you saw a bad dream.

Priya: Please believe me.

Preeti: Priya, what are you saying?

Ravi: I think we should believe her.

Raju: Ravi, you also believe her?

Priya: I know no one is going to believe me.

Scene II

[All agree to believe Priya.]

Preeti: Okay, we believe your story.

Priya: Thank you.

Raju: Tonight, we will all go and check it.

Ravi: Okay.

Priya: Yes, I will show you all what I saw yesterday night.

Preeti: Let’s see.

Priya: Just wait for a moment.

Preeti: Now everyone is ready to check it.

Raju: Let’s go.

[They get ready to go into the forest.]

Scene III

Preeti: It is very dark now.

Priya: Don’t worry. I have a torch.

Ravi: Let’s go slowly.

Raju: Guys, did you hear something?

Priya: Yes. What sound is that?

Preeti: Let’s go and check it.

Ravi: What is this?

Priya: Guys, they are zombies!

Preeti: What?

Raju: Guys, let’s run.

Ravi: Yes, don’t make any sound.

Priya: Let’s go now.

[Priya steps on a branch.]

Priya: Oh no!

Preeti: The zombies saw us!

Priya: Run!

Ravi: We don’t have anything with us.

Raju: We should leave the island soon.

Preeti: Yes, Raju is right.

Priya: We reached our place.

Ravi: We don’t have much time.

Raju: The zombies can come anytime.


Scene IV

[All of them make weapons from bamboo to fight.]

Ravi: I have an idea.

Raju: What idea?

Ravi: We can make weapons from bamboo.

Preeti: But how?

Priya: We don’t have much time.

Ravi: I know, but we must make weapons to save ourselves.

Raju: Let’s do it now.

Preeti: Okay.

[All of them prepare weapons.]

Scene V

Ravi: Now we have weapons.

Preeti: Let’s wait for the zombies.

Priya: I am scared now.

Preeti: Don’t worry, Priya.

Priya: I am really sorry, guys.

Ravi: Why?

Priya: We should not have come to this island.

Raju: Priya, we will return home safely.

Preeti: Yes. Guys, the zombies are coming now!

Ravi: Guys, get ready to fight!

Priya: Yes!

Raju: Let’s go!

Preeti: It is very difficult to fight them.

Priya: We can kill them!

Raju: Yes, we will do it!

[All the zombies are killed by the friends.]

Scene VI

Ravi: Guys, we killed all the zombies now.

Priya: Yes.

Preeti: Now we should leave the island.

Raju: Let’s pack our bags and leave this island.

Priya: We will reach home peacefully.

Preeti: I don’t think the zombies will return again.

[In the end, all the friends leave the island and return home safely, never looking back.]
