The Environment Lover

A little girl about the age of 9, named Daisy lived with her mother, father, and big brother. Daisy was a really thoughtful girl. She also thought about things related to the environment. She was a nature lover. She loved trees and plants. One Sunday, she was reading a book when she heard her father saying" We've received a message from the society office "Due to the pollution outside the society, you're requested to stay inside your respective houses till 12:00 am-midnight" When daisy heard about this, she was shocked. she rushed to her mother and told about the message, Her mother gently replied " You are right, the construction going outside the house is so strong that not only sound is too much but the smoke and the dust is too much, do you know about AQI? Daisy replied " No, What is AQI? The mother replied "AQI is Air Quality Index that indicated the Air pollution or the air quality of a particular region, can you manage to find out the AQI of our region? Daisy rushed to her bedroom asked her big brother, Her big brother told her that the current AQI of their residency is 341. She once again rushed to her mother told her that the AQI of their residency is 341. The mother indicated that the number 341 comes in the category of "very poor".

She sadly went to her room and thought about it, that the smoke and the pollution will affect so many plants and trees... she recalled what her social science ma'am had said, that when a building is built, people cut thousand of trees just for one building and slowly the earth is getting ruined and it will lead to major destruction of human life because if there will be no trees there will be no humans... She spoke about this to her mother and said" Mother, Environment day is near, can't me and my friends together raise the awareness of planting at least 1000 trees in our society? Mother replied "Of course, we can! Go ahead and invite your friends to your campaign" Daisy met her friends and discussed the plan of planting trees and saving the environment. Days passed, it was Environment day and Daisy and her friends woke early this morning, they decorated the society with posters and banners to create awareness towards all, All the residents assembled around 3:00 pm and cleaned the ground planted trees, and had fun, the residents thanked Daisy and her friend for such a nice decision...Daisy's parents were proud of her and her thinking.
