"Telangana, now the present-state of India, was once a part of Andhra Pradesh. Why did Telangana eventually divided out from Andhra Pradesh? What's the reason behind this? Telangana state Chief Minister, Dr. N. Ram Mohan Reddy is here to explain us regarding the reason behind this" said a College dean in IIT college of Madras.

Here, Reddy is called as a chief guest and the state is on a silent mourning since, it's the Telangana Movement day for them

Because, the Telangana movement in Andhra Pradesh, was a national wide recognized movement and henceforth, it was also a reason for so many people's death in the state…Now, the Chief Minister starts his speech…

"First of all, I thank for the reputed university IIT. This prestigious doctorate degree, is not so easy to win and we have to work harder in-order to win this particular degree" said Ram Mohan Reddy…

"Chief Minister Sir. I have One doubt" said a student from the audience in IIT…

"Yes, please" said Ram Mohan Reddy…

"Sir…What was the main reason behind the conflicts of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh division? May we know more about it, please? We are eager to learn more, sir" said a group of students…

"Ok…If you guys wants to know about Telangana movement, first you need to know about the Andhra Pradesh…" said Ram Mohan Reddy…

"Before centuries, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana were a common place, being present under the common presidency called Madras State until being separated in 1963 and 1971 partitions, where Kerala and Karnataka were formed" said Ram Mohan Reddy…

(The upcoming lines are Ram Mohan Reddy's words, but it is been told as a story instead of a conversation. However, Conversations will also come up)…

"Sir. I wish the students to be taken for the AV room…There I myself will present the screen about Telangana" said the Chief Minister…

"Yes sir…" said the College dean and he orders for the arrangements…

After a period of one long hours, everyone in the AV Room is made to sit and Ram Mohan Reddy starts to tell about the history of Telangana with the following images:

1.)              The present Telangana-state of 2020's…

2.) Bhongir Fort.

These are some of the present-day Telangana photos but, it took a long-decades for getting this state as an independent from Andhra Pradesh…

This state is an Deccan region, with Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh also and was ruled by the following dynasties when Telangana was a part in Andhra Pradesh:

1.)       Satavahana Dynasty(230 BCE to 220 CE)

2.)       Kakatiya Dynasty(1083-1323)

3.)       Musunuri Nayaks(1326-1356)

4.)       Delhi Sultanate, Bahmani Sultanate(1347-1512)

5.)       Golconda Sultanate(1512-1687)

6.)       Asaf Jahi dynasty(1724-1950)…

There are too many histories, involved in the ancient Andhra Pradesh…Among those there comes a story in 1724, where Nizam-ul-Mulk defeated Mubariz Khan and conquered Hyderabad. This story is an important part in the princely state of Hyderabad because, it was a reason to form the Nizams of Hyderabad in Telangana…(Present-day, Nizamabad)…

The Nizams played a vital role in Telangana, such as establishment of First railways, postal and telegraph networks and the first modern universities in Telangana…

One of the students in the audience raises a question to Ram Mohan Reddy. "Sir. With these many features, why did Telangana got separated?"

"Let me tell you this point, briefly my dear student," said Ram Mohan Reddy…

Telangana is a semi-arid area which consists of Majority Muslims with minor Hindu peoples…The revolt of Telangana Rebellion was said to start from the British Periods in 1946…Especially against the oppressive land lords and it quickly spread to Warangal and Bidar districts over 4000 villages. A group of people, consisting of peasants, farmers and laborers revolted against the landlords, who were called as samsthans…

Most of them consists of(samsthans), Deshasthas, Reddys and Velama, known as doralu. They dominated the communities in the village and over the times the Nizam's resistance to join either India or Pakistan too, increased the pressure to form a separate state called Telangana at that period of time…

However, in 1951, the violent movement eventually ended especially at the time of the subdued Guerilla squads in the region of Telangana…Besides these, there were several movements to revoke the merger of Telangana and Andhra at the periods of 1969, 1972 and 2009…

However, at the periods of 21st century, the movement for the demand of new state increased under the head of the political party, "Telangana Political Action Committee, TJAC." The movement gained momentum when hundreds of claimed suicides, strikes, protests and disturbances affected the public life and eventually on 30 July 2013, the Congress Working Committee unanimously passed a resolution to recommend the formation of Telangana state…

And in 2014, the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act, 2014 was passed by the Indian Parliament under which, 10 districts in Andhra Pradesh were compromised to Telangana…Hence, on 2 June 2014, official Telangana state was formed…

On hearing this, the students feels elated and asks the Chief Minister, "Sir. Were you the part in the movement of Telangana?"

"Yes. Indeed, I was a part of the movement, as a responsible Indian Citizen and being a son of a freedom fighter, I took up the responsibility in my hands…" said Ram Mohan Reddy…

"Sir. We heard that you are the current chief Minister of Telangana from the separation of the state to the date. How far the state has been developed under your administration?" asked a student…

"I have no clear answers regarding your questions but, indeed, under my administration, Telangana will develop equally to Kerala and will become as a biggest state" said Ram Mohan Reddy, implying that his service is inevitable for the development of Telangana…
