Self love: The Biggest Challenge

"Self love " sounds so easy. Is it not the easiest to love your own self. This will be realised in times of crisis when you are hit to the core of your being. At that time the decisions you take for your life are how much aligned to your well being will decide how much you love yourself.

In times of loss you will automatically be clouded by feelings of guilt and especially in case of loss of life. Flashes of your life's journey will take you away from your own being into the big hole of loss. 

It's going to be a dark tunnel where you will feel you are walking alone with the memories of life lived so far as if that life is no longer yours to live. Look around and everything will be no longer a part of your life.

Especially when you have lost a person called your father who already disapproved lots of things about you and was not ever happy with you. In this situation you won't be able to accept your own self. And suddenly you will feel you have made the biggest mistakes In life and don't deserve anything good.

Self love will become the biggest challenge. You will lose everything and one day you will have only your own self left with you and that is when you will accept yourself like no one. That day you will forgive everyone and yourself and you will be forgiven.
