Once a gentleman, named Rajendra, was going through a jungle road. Suddenly he saw a leopard lurking beside a bush while on the way. He was afraid of the tiger and started running speedily to a tribal village nearby. All the villagers were amazed to see an urban man. As they were hospitable by nature, they took him to their club house where he was introduced with the head man of the village.

The headman told, " Why do you come here? What is your intention?. Because the

peace loving tribals never like a stranger's trespass into their village especially urban people. The gentleman replied, " I was just going by this way to my daughter's house situated at the back side of this mountain. I saw a leopard lurking in a bush beside the track "

The headman replied, "How will you go there? Because this jungle is full of ferocious wild animals and snakes. I advise you to stay in our village for a week. See our village decorum and rituals. Enjoy beautiful sceneries of the nature. " No no I can not halt as I have some urgent works to do. "

" I understand your problem. But what can I do? Because our warriors have gone to celebrate the annual function of worshipping their weapons in the temple of jungle goddesses situated at a distance of 10 kms. from our village. Had they been here they might accompany with you to drop you at your destination. "

The stranger agreed with their proposal and continued staying. But that was a boon for him. The tribals took utmost care of him. They arranged a thatched house for him to live in. While he was moving in the village he saw a beautiful western woman who was residing in another house. Then out of curiosity he asked tribal chief, " Who is that woman? Why she is staying here? " Chief replied, " She is a Professor of Harvard University and she came here to research on flora and fauna of our jungle. She is a fine lady. She paid us five lakh rupees towards developmental works of our community. She also paid us extra two lakhs for her fooding and lodging charges. She has already spent a year here. After completion of her research works she will fly to America. "

Rajendra babu was happy to get the reply. As he was an unemployed and bachelor youngman being a gold medalist in Computer Science, he wanted to talk with that lady. He aporoached her, " Good morning Mam. May I know your name?' She replied, " I am Ms. Monalisa. I am a Biology Professor of Harvard University. I came to Odisha for the purpose of research on plants and animals of Odisha.

I am also gladder to see these tribals more than your urban people. Please tell about yourself. "

So after some days close friendship was developed between them. Though Rajendra Babu was mixing with her and assisting her in her works, he never keep up physically relation with her. As an American lady, sexual relation was common for her, but it is not apororiate in Indian culture. Sometimes she made sex appeal to Rajendra but failed as Rajendra bears a stong moral character. Though they were both conversing in English, Mona requested Rajendra to teach her Odia at her leisure. So he complied with her ambition and did the needful.

In the course of conversation Mona proposed Rajendra babu to marry with a request to fly to America where he can be employed there by virtue of his qualification so as to make himself as a billionare within a few years. The earnest request of Monalisa put a tremendous impact on the psychology of Rajendra babu. He consider it to be better to take a trial for his fortune abroad.

Mona asked him" What do you think dear? Do you agree with my proposal ? Tell me frankly. If OK come with me. Our family members have already been influenced by their Indian neighbours. We have adopted Hinduism as our guiding principle of life. You face no problem when you practically see there. " Rajendra babu told, " OK Mam. I agree. But on a condition " Mona enquired, " What's that? " The reply from Rajendra came, " Please Mona promise before me that we must not sleep together before our marriage and also before I get into an employment. " Mona retorted smilingly, " No problem darling. Sex doesn't matter. I don't need sex at all before you are getting a job. I will try at my best. My cousin uncle is an big industrialist. He has a well reputed Techo-workshop attached with Ultramodern Techno insdustry. He must give you an appointment in a lucrative post. "
