Love Happened Again On Date

“Dad, please I don't want to go on any blind date ”. Veera said and sat down on the couch with an angry look on face. 

“Veera, Ranvijay is a nice boy. You will like him .” Her father said. 

“Have you met him before ?” Veera questioned him. 

“No, I haven't .” Her father replied simply. 

Then, How do you know that he is a nice boy? 

“Veera, I have always wanted the best for you. Please, go on this date .” Veera's father said and went to his room. 

The next day, Veera got ready and reached the cafe. A waiter came to her and said “Welcome Mam, How can I help you ”? 

“I am here for a blind date so I need a table for two."

 

“Okay Mam, please tell me the name of the person with whom you are here for this date .” Waiter Asked. 

“Ranvijay Singh .” She said and smiled. 

“Okay, please come this way, Mam .” 

She followed the waiter to the table and sat down.

“Would you like to have something Mam ?”

“A cold coffee with ice cream .”

Okay, Mam. The waiter said and left. 

After fifteen minutes, a tall and handsome boy entered the cafe. The waiter came to him and asked “ How can I help you, Sir ?”

“My name is Ranvijay Singh. I am here for a blind date .” He said and smiled.

Please, come this way, Sir. 

He followed the waiter and came to the table where Veera was enjoying her cold coffee. Seeing him there, Veera stood from the chair and said “ Hello, I am Veera.”

Hello, I am Ranvijay. He said and sat down in front of her. 

Veera sat down again and asked him “What would you like to have ”?

No, I am fine. Thank you. 

“So, I just want to be straightforward that I am not ready for this marriage. I was not even ready to come on this date but my dad forced me to meet you .”

“I liked your confidence. I must say I am impressed .” Ranvijay said and smiled.

“Are you fine with this thing that I don't want to marry you ?” 

“You will change your decision soon?”Ranvijay said with a smile. 

“Are you that confident ?” Veera asked while raising one eyebrow. 

Yes. 

Her phone started ringing. She saw her dad was calling her. She picked up the phone and answered the call.

 

“Veera, have you reached the cafe ?” Her dad asked. 

“Yes, dad .” 

“I can't believe it .” Her dad said in a surprised tone. 

Why? What happened, Dad? 

“You were not ready to go. Send me a photo with Ranvijay ." He said and cut the call.

It was awkward for her to ask Ranvijay for the photo but still, she asked “ Ranvijay, Can I click a selfie with you ?" Dad wants me to send a photo with you. 

Okay, No problem. 

She clicked the selfie with him and sent it to her father. Her father called her again. She answered the call and said, “ Do you trust me now ?" 

“Veera, who is this boy with you ?” Her father asked. 

“Excuse me, Ranvijay.”She said and went aside to talk. 

“He is Ranvijay, Dad .”She said while looking at Ranvijay who fixed his gaze on her and was smiling. 

“He is not Ranvijay. I have sent you the photo of Ranvijay. You can see it and find out who is with you pretending to be Ranvijay ." He said and cut the call.

She walked to the table and sat down. She looked at the photo her dad sent her and then looked at Ranvijay who was sitting in front of her. After one minute, she finally asked “ Who are you ”? 

“I am Ranvijay .” He said calmly.

Veera showed him the photo on her phone and said “ He was coming to meet me here not you. Who are you ?”

“You still haven't recognized me Veera. I promised you I will come back. ” He said and smiled. 

“When did you promise me ?” She asked with hesitation. 

When we both were in school. 

“ Jai Kapoor ." A smile came on her lips. 

Yes. 

“I can't believe you are back ." She said and hugged him. 

They both fell in love with each other when they were in school but Jai left the school due to her father's transfer. He left Veera alone but promised her that he will come back. 

“I promised you .”

“Yes but wait. How did you know that I will come here for this blind date ?" She asked while looking at him. 

“Do you want to meet Ranvijay who was going to come here for this blind date?" He asked. 

“Is he also here?" Veera asked in surprise. 

“Yes, he is here ." He said and dialed a number on his phone. He talked for a few seconds. 

After a few minutes, A man came near them and said “ Hello Sir ."

Hello. Veera, Meet my manager, Ranvijay who was going to come here for the blind date. 

“How did you replace him for this date ?" She was really confused. 

“As I know you from childhood it is easy for me to recognize my love. I tried a lot of time to find you but I didn't know where you were?  When I saw your photo on his phone, I recognized you and asked him. He told me everything about the blind date and said that he has seen you but you don't even know him. So, I replaced him and he loves someone else. He was really not going to marry you. ” He said and laughed. 

Ranvijay who was standing silently finally spoke “ I am sorry Veera but I love someone else and Jai loves you. You should marry your childhood love. Don't worry, I will talk to your father and he will Agree as Jai is my boss. He is better than me. 

“Thank you Ranvijay but don't say that he is better than you because when we were in school, he always troubled me. '' She said and a faint smile appeared on her lips.

“I used to trouble you ."

Yes. 

“Don't worry. From now on, I will trouble you for your whole life. I love you Veera ." He said and hugged her. 

I love you too.

“I told you in the beginning that you will change your decision,” Jai whispered in her ears.

Veera's father agreed and they both got married happily.
