Life Of A Dog

In the colossal county of Brooklyn a dog named Beau was wandering around the streets. He didn't have a home or a place to stay, always moving around like a nomad nor did he have a morsel of food or water to drink. He was not healthy, living with what he finds and couldn't enjoy life like all other dogs he had to roam around with nothing to do. He didn't have friends either and couldn't make it to an animal shelter. No one even cared about him they just walked right by.

Beau was in desperate need of an acquaintance and wanted to enjoy life. Every day he just tried to live. After being alone for so long his only goal in life now was to go to a caring home. One day after another long search for food Beau sat down and lied down to rest. However, before he went to sleep he saw another dog in front of him. Beau barked in surprise and asked the dog who he was. Then the dog introduced himself and said he too was a stray dog and that his name was Marley. Seeing that they were in the same boat they decided to be friends and help each other. In addition, they both had the same goal too.

They agreed upon starting their journey tomorrow. The next day they tried to find an animal shelter. After a few long hours, they found one on the outskirts of Brooklyn. They covered themselves with dirt and grime to convince the people there that they really needed help. It worked like a charm and they let them stay there in a kennel. However, they could only stay there for a week. They had 2 options, they could either try to convince the people there to let them stay longer or hope for a person to come and take them home. They decided upon trying to convince the staff to let them stay longer but nothing worked. All hope lost they were ready to move out in a few more hours. Then a family walked through the door.

They had a long conversation with a staff member then started walking around the store. They seemed to be looking for a dog to take home. This was their chance! They were coming towards them. Once they reached their kennel they stopped. They had a swift discussion and decided to adopt Marley. Marley was happy that he could have a home but sad for his friend as he helped him greatly. They started walking away then the kid asked his mom if they have the other dog in the kennel. The mom said okay so both Beau and Marley got adopted. Both of they're goals were reached.
