It is really important for me to communicate and make things clear. Otherwise, I keep thinking what is happening, is my friendship broken now? Is that person angry with me? Is that person planning to do something wrong or right with me and if so what can I do? Today, A friend of mine lives in Chandigarh. She has to come to Delhi to give her exam. She has nobody in Delhi to take care of her for two days. I was also not well from last month. I was not going outside at all. This is giving me tension all the time. How will I take care of her? I don't want her exam to be affected because of me. But then before one day coming she said she is not coming. She knew that my health was not good. She cancelled her train tickets and told me on the phone that she doesn't want to give the exam and she is not in the mood. It made me feel like this happened because of me. Her exam was spoiled because of me. But today when she said she doesn't want to talk to anyone for now and she is not angry with me I felt a little better. I kept thinking what I can do for her next. How can I help her next time?. 


The same case happened with another friend. It never happened that he said he doesn't have call balance in his phone. It felt a little weird. I thought he was ignoring me . But then he messaged me, called me on whatsapp. I felt that was not the truth I was worrying about. I made a logic. If he really doesn't want to talk on call he may not have called on whatsapp too. This gave me little relaxation. Everything is right between us and there is some confusion. It can be clarified later. But nothing to worry about. 



It means that our mind is everything. Whatever we think will happen. If you want to feel relaxed you will be in a relaxed mood. If you feel communication is the solution of every problem and if you do it you will get solutions, if you believe you can communicate without speaking and sending mind messages it will happen. There is nothing magic in it or not to do any experiment. That's why we say believing is everything. Thinking comes in many ways, words, feeling, imagination, images.
