Healing the deep Soul

After a long week, I am finally feeling very relaxed. I don't know why but it says nothing is permanent. Changes happen after long good and bad events. I slept very well in the evening. Also, as I planned, I will take sunshine for my health for the next thirty days. I set today in the sunshine. It kept flowing, sweating on the face and back. 

But it didn't bother me. Because it was just about 20 minutes then I had to be in my comfort zone in the AC. So I thought keep sitting. It is not that I am torturing myself but I know I really need it for my health and it will have good results for my sleep and stress. 

The good thing that happened today is I got a Psychotherapist for myself at a very affordable price. Generally Psychotherapists who have very good experiences take very high fees that are exceptional for my financial adjustment. I would rather find another way. But I felt I should take therapy if it's helping me rather than keep stressing myself to negative thoughts. I really need a good mentor and guide to give me directions for my future goals. 

However, it is possible not to worry so much and keep walking slowly that is coming my way and stop chasing that I can't have right now. I have to stop controlling others. 

I took numerology class. I decided to take numerology class because there are many reasons. First I am interested in how numbers affect a person's emotions, career and overall life development. Also, it is helping me to see how different personalities have different life phases and the ways they use to deal with it. Many times, when hurdles keep going in our life we think it is happening in our life only because we haven't observed other people and they never told us about their difficulties. These numbers will help me to see things in different perspectives. I will be able to see others also have problems in their life. Not everyone has all the good and all the bad things.
