Visiting your childhood vistas arrange a nostalgic meeting of you with your soul. Those innocent moments that life sketched on the paper and that time when crazy nuisances were a prominent part of our routine and everything seemed exciting and simplified to us.

This incident comes directly from the treasure box of our childhood. Remember when we were kids and we use to play a very amusing and interesting game called “GHAR GHAR”. The most mature game we used to play at such small age. I too enjoyed playing it a lot. Everybody had their own way of playing the game but the essence of this play remained the same. I had a room on the second floor and what I used to do was to divide my room mostly into 3 sections using different colored single bed sheets which became 3 different houses in some imaginative part of the world. Each house was owned by 3 or 4 friends of mine and we used to play a variety of roles. Sometimes we became a married couple, sometimes relatives, sometimes kids, etc. The impact that we saw in our surroundings was so much that we even had the tiny miniatures of the household stuff like kitchen utensils, cosmetics, etc. Whenever a guest came to our house we used to serve the water in the tiniest plastic cup ever made in the world and served the small pieces of broken biscuits on the baby plate. So it was fun playing that game, but an incident happened which made me fall in love with this game so much that I used to play it daily even if somebody didn’t show up. Among my friends, there was one girl named Shruti who came almost every day, and we two used to play a lot. One day none of my friends showed up but as expected she came. Generally, my mother used to sleep whenever I came back from school and played that game. But that day she was watching television when she came. I was in the room doing preparations for the game. Soon we started playing. We were alone in the room through our sections were different. She came to my house, rang the bell in her voice “Ting Tong”. I opened the fictional door while she was standing outside holding some hypothetical dish on the plate. I greeted her asked her to come inside. No sooner I turned around after keeping the plate on some illusionary table, she threw me back and got over me. I forgot to tell them that she was 3 years older than me. At that time I had no idea what she was doing but it was a kind I never experienced before in my life. When I came down after she went I was exhilarated and my mother also looked happy because she was watching some comedy serial on t.v. and had no idea why exactly was I happy. I later accompanied her in watching the show. Well, we played “GHAR GHAR” several times till she moved to a different city next year.

It was after 7 years she returned to town and visited my home with her family. When I saw her I remembered the scene which occurred 7 years ago and the first thing which I spoke to her was “AAO GHAR GHAR KHELTAY HAI”.
