Friend

Life is too simple to follow yet too complicated to be understood. 

We all are entangled in the various entrapments of life called a job, family responsibilities, household chores, family time, and many such myriad names, we all give to our duties in this life.

Whenever we become tired and confused about our true purpose, we all try to find the best friend who could listen to the soul rumblings of our hearts.

Every phase of our life is incomplete without our precious friends. 

Geeta always craved the presence 9f the special friend in her life. She had many friends in her school days but they all drifted apart as time passed.

Then she got married and got busy with her family responsibilities. She knew that her husband Chetan is a nice person with whom she could share her feelings and thoughts. Yet, they were often tired and busy to take out some time to share their own deep feelings without being judged.

Geeta missed her mother as she was her confidante till she got married to Chetan.

As the time went by, Geeta started writing stories and poems and one day her collection of short stories got published. She interacted with many writers and found a new purpose in her life.

Geeta started reading books and she found the entire process of reading and writing very relaxing.

Geeta found her best friend at last, a long and infinite series of interesting books written by some of the greatest minds of on this earth.
