DARLING

(The Journey of Love)

Sai Akhil is a final year college student in PSG College of Arts and Science studying post-graduate course in Business management. He is non-violent, cool and smart guy, who handles situations with cool-mindset and gets anger, when circumstances forces him to do so like such.

He doesn't like girls due to a dark past, before a year back. But, he won't spare any guys, who try to misbehave with girls. At present, he is doing a panchayat with Rajesh, the son of Central Minister Raghav Prasad. Since, he brawled and fought with his classmate, Neeraja.

"Rajesh. If you have a sister, will you do like this only ah? If I clash with your sister by misbehaving with your sister means, will you spare me? You would beat me right! Try to respect girls man...don't misbehave with them..." said Akhil, like a silent lion.

Rajesh feels guilty and sad for his beahviour. He apologizes to Akhil and the girl, for his bad behaviour. Then, Akhil's father and brother comes and becomes peaceful upon learning that Akhil have solved the problem with his kind words.

One of the students Nisha becomes impressed with Akhil's way of handling. Then, one of the professors told to another professor, "What's this sir? As he told the words by patience, he changed. I feel impressed"

"Have you heard of Ravindar Group of Companies?" asked the Professor.

"Yes sir. I have heard. Are they workers?" asked the professor.

"No...they are owners. They give equality to all...treat workers as their own people, they treat the company people like their own family, eat and drink in roadside bakery, hotels, etc. They have helped a lots of people...they got to stardom once, Akhil was born to the family. He is the most celebrated guy in that family...only minus here is, he lost his mother at young age and in addition, had a dark past before a few years" said the Professor.

Upon hearing this, Nisha feels impressed. Meanwhile Rajesh's father Central Minister Damodaran meets him and learns that, Sai Akhil have told him kindly to respect girls. He have reformed to a new leaf. This makes his father guilty. Since, he have tried to evade out their group of companies through various means. Because, they didn't give bribe amount and insulted him. On learning their good nature, he goes and apologies to them....

However, they adores him by giving food and treat as their own family...he assures them to support, whenever they are in demand. From then, Akhil and Rajesh have become friends. It turns to close friend stage. Nisha tried to get closer with Rajesh. But, he is not ready to allow her that close and confides her to limited stage. This disturbed her a lot.

However, Nisha learns that, "Akhil is not upset because he grew up without mother. But, due to another dark past, which he is hiding from everyone." She goes to ask that to Rajesh, after knowing from Akhil's friend that, he knew something related to that.

"Hi Rajesh." Nisha said, after going towards him.

"Haa! Come Nisha. Please take your seat. Have coffee or tea? Shall I order it from the chef?" asked Rajesh.

"Not necessary. I have to ask you something related to Akhil" said Nisha, in low-voice tone...

"What's that?" asked a curious Rajesh.

"Why is he not speaking well with girls? What happened to him?" asked Nisha...

Though Rajesh is willing to tell Akhil's dark past, he is not ready to unveil it and instead asks her to discuss this better with Akhil's family. Nisha goes straight to Akhil's house and meets Akhil's father Rajesh, who is now wearing a coatshoot, surrounded by his elder brother Krishna and his elder son Sai Adhithya.

Krishna takes her inside the house to show her the full place. Because, the duo were busy with business works. He showcases their inseparable bed rooms, Akhil's mother photo and warehouse. He reveals that, "Since a women is not there, they are doing as per their wish. Until she was there in the house, it was like a Palace with lights...but, the Palace is now dim and they doesn't know what to do."

"Come ma, Nisha" said Ravindar, the tall man, wearing spectacles and coatshoots, whom we have seen earlier in full hand shirt and pants, in the college.

"Have tea or coffee? Since, you have come to our house for the first time" said Sai Adhithya.

"Nothing needed uncle...may I take a liberty here?" asked Nisha..."Take your own liberty ma...this is your house" said Ravindar.

Nisha rearranges the things and prepares the menu for them...as per that, health should be maintained good, Healthy foods should be taken and no violence should be used. The duo agrees to this...

But, Akhil becomes furious. Just then he arrived, he becomes anger that, he shouldn't drink alcohol and wines...henceforth, he drinks a full bottle of Alcohol infront of Nisha and tells her that, "She doesn't know his dark past and it's impact...he would drink as per his wish..."

She gets hurt and tears rolls down from her eyes like Yamuna River. Ravindar consoles her and tells her, "For two years, he never allows any girls besides him ma...because, he fears that they shouldn't suffer."

"What happened uncle? What's that dark past actually? I don't understand" said Nisha.

"I will tell that, Nisha. Like you, there was another girl in his life...her name is Ishika" said Sai Adhithya. He unveils the past life of Akhil when he was a second year college student.

Sai Adhithya was the topper of the college and was enthusiastic in every activities, that he undertake. He never hurts any people around him. Since childhood, he talked less with girls and mains distant relationship with them.

When he meets Ishika, he grew close with her...she hailed from an orphanage trust in Mumbai and came for studies in Coimbatore. However, she changed him and they both eventually became good friends. Their house got a change and lead a normal and good life...

Ishika was the goldsmith of our family at that time. Sai Adhithya's love with Darshini was made succeed, with the help of Ishika and Akhil's guidance. The duo fell in love eventually.

"Ishika eventually died in a road accident. It took away all of their happy memories and we lost another women in our life...we went back to our old ways, until you entered into this home...I am sorry if my son have hurt you..." said Ravindar, with tears in his eyes.

"No uncle...it's okay. True love is always painful...Akhil is suffering such a pain only...I will change him back to normal..." said Nisha.

They agrees with a smile. Meanwhile, Darshini's father Suryanarayanan doesn't agree for the marriage. Because, the family is quite vigilante against injustice other than being rich. However, Akhil and Nisha manages to convince them with their gentle and kind words.

Moved with their words, he agrees to the marriage and during the marriage, Nisha creates a happier atmosphere and makes everyone feel happy. Rajesh says to Akhil, "Nisha have made a change in our life and brought back happiness. She should never cry da...if she cries, then we are dead at that moment itself."

"I will take care of that dad" said Akhil. After Sai Adhithya's marriage, Akhil goes with Nisha in order to drop her in hostel. While going Akhil asks her, "Nisha. What about your family? I have never heard about your family, till now."

She feels sad and Akhil asks her, "Have I asked anything wrong Nisha?"

"No Akhil. You asked the right question only. My family is from Erode district. My father's name is Raghupathi. Owner of Raghu Groups. My mother's name is Umarani. We are all a joint family like you. To my father, honour and pride is important rather than any other thing. In order to save his honour, he made my elder sister Janani to commit suicide, after seeing her intimacy video with a boy...seeing all this, I left from the house and stayed in hostel...but, I love my parents a lot, than any other people in this world. My father's behviour never changed, besides my try..." Nisha said...and additionally tells him that, "She was happier for a few days when she had met the family of Akhil...

Then, she had learnt that Akhil wasn't interested to love anyone and she realized it as he saw him removing the heart from tea...Akhil slowly starts to recollect the past memories of Ishika and realizes that, "Love is a joureny, which won't end abruptly. If one ends, another journey would start."

Akhil eventually starts to have a change in his life after Nisha's influences. He starts to be happier. Akhil completes his course and gets graduated from the university, a few days later. Then, one day Nisha and Akhil meets in Annur. There, Nisha proposed her love to Akhil, which leaves him stunned.

Because, Akhil have never thought like such. As he is still thinking about Ishika. However, he recollects the words of his father. Once recollecting the words, Akhil eventually accepts her love and they starts to spend some memorable moments in their life. He eventually gives up drinking and reduces the habits under the guidance of Nisha.

One day, Nisha's father comes to meet her with a full guard of securities and takes her with him to Erode. He learns about her love with Akhil and henceforth, investigates about their family. The people around the place tells them that, "They are rich, owning a chain of hotels, restaurants and companies. But, are quiet anger when something injustice act had been done..."

This irks Nisha's father quite and he refuses for the marriage. And in further, he scolds her for loving such a vigilante rich people. Angered, Akhil breaks a glass and warns her father, which makes a few security to come and catch him. Her father is shocked to see his boldness, inspire of the securities holding him.

ves from the place. Then, he goes to his house, where his sister-in-law Darshini notices blood in his hand and aids him with medicines.

"What happened da?" Sai Adhithya asked to an upset Akhil. Ravindar gives a two round of drinks to him.

"What happened da? Where is Nisha?" asked Ravindar.

"She won't come dad. Her father won't allow to come here." A heartbroken Akhil reveals the news to his father, lying in the lap of his brother.

"That's common only right" said Darshini.

"He spoke ill about Nisha dad" said Akhil...this angers them and they takes their license gun to go and shoot him...

When he asked about their house, Akhil tells him, "Dad. She is also rich like us. Her father's name is Raghupathi, owner of Raghupathi Groups in Erode...she loves her dad madly, like me...if we go there, she would die pa."

They threw the gun asides after learning this tragic news from him...Akhil tells them that, he would look after the business by accompanying with them...However, a rays of memories with Nisha continues to haunt his mind. As a result, he is unable to concentrate on anything. He meets with an accident, while going in the car thinking about the memories of Nisha and Ishika respectively.

One day, Rajesh, his father Damodharan and Krishna rushes to meet Akhil's father. Ravindar and Adhithya becomes shocked to know that, he have met with an accident. Even Darshini and others are shocked to learn this.

"You thought that, Nisha should live in this house. But, he thought that, she should be with him forever in his life" said Krishna.

"Uncle. He have already lost a girl, who loved him a lot. Now, he is lamenting with his failure. What to do now, uncle?" asked Rajesh.

"Let's send him somewhere away from this place brother." Damodharan said to Ravindar.

"He was the one, who made my love marriage successful. But, I regret for being helpless da. We were unable to give him what he wished and failed in it, two times. I can't live without him, uncle." Sai Adhithya emotionally tells him.

"If he is here, then he would die brother. Please understand." Rajesh tells his point of view, as a friend of Akhil.

"Brother. Atleast you try to understand" said Damodharan, which Krishna supports.

"Let's send him da...send him...but, where?" Heartbreakingly, Ravindar asks to the Central Minister and Krishna respectively.

"Near Kannur. I have a close friend there. Let's send him with Rajesh" said Damodharan.

Rajesh and Akhil goes to Coimbatore Airport with Rajesh's father in a car. There, Rajesh's father asks him to take care of Akhil safely, to which he agrees.

They boards the Indico flight and shifts to Kannur, where Akhil meets Rajesh's relative Dheekshana. At the same time, Nisha's family have also came to Kannur in order to threw the ashes of Raghupathi's brother Arjun in a river. Raghupathi's business rival Rakesh Reddy hires his henchman and brother to kill them as soon as possible, without giving any time.

Rajesh and Akhil have some qualitative time with Dheekshana. Rajesh eventually falls in love with Dheekshana. With the help of Akhil, he manages to convince her and get her accept his love. He manages to inform Central Minister, who feels happier that Rajesh is now becoming responsible and useful to the society, relieving that Akhil is changing himself back to normal.

When they are heading towards Thommankuttu Falls for a trip from Kannur, a sudden attack ensues from Rakesh's henchman. Akhil stops the car and gets down besides been stopped by Rajesh and Dheekshana. He sends them safer to other side and fights off the henchman.

While fighting with them, Rakesh Reddy's brother sees Akhil and is shocked to know his identity. Even Akhil becomes shocked.

"I thought that, you must never come besides me...you was the reason for Ishika's death. With your influence, you escaped eventually from the case...what are you going to do now? Whom are you going to kill again?" asked Akhil and he fights off the henchman. Rajesh is shocked to hear this. Additionally, Akhil is shocked to see Nisha and their family.

Rakesh's brother shoots Akhil in his chest and abdomen. He is further hit in the head...

"Akhil...." said Rajesh, in tears and he runs towards him...being touched with Akhil saving their family, Nisha's father grabs a gun from Rakesh's henchman and shoots them all dead. Rakesh's brother too gets killed.

Then, Rajesh plans to take Akhil to a nearby hospital, seeing to that he won't inform this to his father and get him tensed. Because, he is a heart patient. However, Nisha's father takes Akhil with him to his house in Kannur and gets him treated there.

Rajesh is stunned to see his father in Nisha's house. He have immediately came to the place, once learning about the incidents. An angry Damodharan(Central Minister) slaps Rajesh.

"Dad" said Rajesh.

"What dad? If something have happened to Akhil means, who's responsible da? What I told you? You should be alert and careful...what have you done now?" asked Damodharan.

"Uncle. We didn't do anything wanted. Unexpectedly, Nisha's family intervened in between our journey." Deekshana said to console him. After a while of taking medicines, Damodharan pleads his son to be careful and leave from Nisha's house immediately, to which he agrees.

After Akhil opens his eyes, Rajesh confronts him about Ishika's death. Henceforth, he opens up a past, which he haven't revealed to anyone, even to his family. Ishika and Akhil's love grew stronger day by day. But, Rakesh's brother lusted after her beauty. Only to be rejected by Ishika. However, he continued to follow her and force her.

This was informed to Akhil, one day. He angrily beat up Rakesh's brother and warned him to stay away from this. This created a strong enmity between them.

Infront of Akhil's eyes, Rakesh's brother brutally stabbed Ishika to death and using Rakesh's influence, he escaped the law. To make his family stay away from violence, he left this matter unveiled to them and hidden it asides himself.

Hearing this tragic past of Akhil, Nisha's father realizes his mistakes. Finally, he realizes that, "Love binds all, other than money, pride and honour." He accepts to give his daughter for Akhil proudly. Akhil promises him that, "He would protect them from all sorts of issues, as a bodyguard."

Akhil safely takes Nisha's family back to his home, aided by Rajesh and his father. They further, diverts Rakesh Reddy's henchman tactfully. After reaching to Ravindar's house, Nisha tells what actually happened to their family.

Raghupati got a new contract of building a high-tech building in Perundurai. But, he have been intervened by another business rivalry Rakesh Reddy. He wanted to override her father's business positions. But, failed to do it by going in legal terms.

To evade the business rivals, Reddy conspired to kill by sending his brother and henchman, where he killed Arjun and his few other family members. They were hence, forced to escape from the place and shifted to Kannur. However, Reddy learned about this and followed them to the place.

Sai Adhithya asks Damodharan to tighten the security forces and guards in the house and asks him, Dheekshana and Rajesh to stay in their house itself. Because, Rakesh Reddy is fiercing with anger and may attack at anytime. Nisha's father apologizes to the family including Akhil for his mistakes and gives hand for his daughter's marriage.

He asked Akhil, "More than my pride and honour, I want my daughter to be happier Akhil. Will you be happy with her?"

"Yes uncle. With love, we would have an inseparable bonding forever." Akhil said holding her father's hands. They have some memorable moments, where Raghupati is touched to see the hospitality of Akhil's family. These occur, when Darshini confessed that she is pregnant.

Rakesh Reddy meanwhile learns from his henchman that, Raghupathi have gone to businessman Ravindar's house. They immediately goes to Coimbatore and reaches Ravindar's house.

There, Rakesh Reddy attacks Damodharan, Rakesh, Deekshana and Akhil's family. His henchman kills a few security forces. They kidnaps Nisha' family in gun point. Taking them to a secluded place, Rakesh's henchman takes his sword to go and kill him.

However Akhil, Sai Adhithya and Ravindar joins force together, reaching there. They eventually overpowers Rakesh Reddy, proving him that, "Love is beyond everything. It means to take care, to stand together and to give support."

When Ravindar takes the sword to kill him, Akhil tells, "Don't father. Don't kill him. If we kill him, then there's no difference between you and that fellow. His brother killed Ishika and they escaped using money's influence. But, they have never thought that money can't buy health and environment. He is half-dead after his brother's death and half-dead, having lost everything. He have to live the rest of his life by feeling guilty for killing Ishika."

Ravindar threws away the sword and hugs his son emotionally after learning that, "He have hidden Ishika's murder to make them peaceful and happier."

Sai Adhithya tells Rakesh Reddy, "That's my brother da. Atleast try to reform now. Or else, no one would be there for you, because of your bad thoughts."

As they proceed to leave, Rakesh Reddy shoots himself dead and when Nisha tries to look back, her father and Ravindar stops her and says, "Don't look there, ma. See, for you how many of our people have come together! In marriage poster, what name shall we give for your love?"

"Akhil-Nisha: The Inseparable couples in the Journey of love." Nisha said smilingly. They all happily proceeds back to the house accomapnied by the Central Minister, Rajesh and Deekshana...
