Several people face a number of challenges and hurdles in order to win and prove their talent to the present world. If it's 20% common for normal people, it's 80% common to the people, who are disturbed psychologically.

Akhil is from a rich family background near Tada of Chennai-Andhra Borders. His father Gopala Krishnan is a successful scientist, who has a large scale of business sectors, all over India.

When aged six years, he suffered from Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, because of an infection. Though he could be attentive, Akhil is told to be having the side effects of hyperactivity behaviour.

Amidst all of this, Akhil managed to cure his disorder by doing proper meditation, exercises and book-reading. He slowly recovered from the disease. Since his father became keen to research finding medicine for Cancer disease, he had been left alone with Gopala's adopted son Aravinth.

They both are close friends. Years passed as such and Akhil has successfully graduated with a course in B.E(Nuclear Engineering) and M.Tech. In the college itself, Akhil has prepared a flowchart and formula for preparing a Nuclear weapon that could be used for the future in the Indian Army.

He eventually joins the ISRO lab of Hyderabad. Since, Akhil's father refused to get him into his research lab and in addition, brought in Aravinth(now a successful doctor in a leading medical hospital) to look after his research activities, thinking that Akhil is incapable.

This makes Akhil heartbroken and dejected. Since even after getting cured of the disorder, he had been berated by his father. And in further, he is keen to shower love and affection to his adopted son Aravinth. This causes a huge rift between them and hence, Akhil leaves the house, after beating him up severely.

Meanwhile, Akhil meets his co-lab assistant named Anjali in Hyderabad. They both are initially loggerheads at each other. Since Anjali wished to create a Hydrogen Missile while Akhil wished to prepare a Nuclear Missile.

Anjali described the conflicts and side effects of Nuclear Missile, which might increase cancer disease showcasing the examples of Hiroshima-Nagasakhi bombings in 1945. This angered Akhil a lot. Because his research gets rejected by the ISRO head.

One day, Akhil saves Anjali from a few goons, who tried to molest her due to lust. After beating them up, he explains them: "If you want to prove your worth, you should show it through your educational talent....not through these things....think when your sister suffers this kind of embarrassing conditions."

They realize their mistakes and apologizes to Anjali. She understands Akhil's good nature and his passion for proving the talent. Realizing her mistakes, she apologizes to Akhil and they become good friends.

Meanwhile, Ramana Reddy, a scientist turned businessman approaches Akhil once he learned that he is going to create the Nuclear Missile. With a lump sum of 25 crores, he requests him to prepare the missile and give that to him, telling him that he would make profits through it.

However, Akhil refuses to accept the offer telling him that, "He is wishing to heap a praise from his father and ISRO lab...not through businessman..." A few days after, Akhil manages to launch the Nuclear weapon(with a few protection covers, being made) successfully and gets it approved by the ISRO.

In addition, both Anjali and Akhil receives Nobel Prize for their great efforts from the Indian Government. His father feels proud and decides to retrieve him back to his house, again which made Aravinth happier.

Akhil's career as a leading scientist makes him a lot of rivalries including Ramana Reddy, who faces humiliation from the Chinese people, with whom he had made deals about Akhil's weapon, forcing him to settle a lump sum of money; Nikhil, whose company was exposed by Akhil for doing illegal business activities; another ISRO lab scientist Ram gets angered on Akhil's success due to jealous. These three people conspire to take revenge on Akhil and destroy his career.

At the same time, Akhil gets engaged to Anjali with her parent's approval. Two days before his wedding, Akhil slowly starts to experience hair and teeth loss and a skin disorder. He consults Aravinth and asks him, "Why is this happening to me da?"

Upon examining him, Aravinth is shocked. He tells him that, "He suffers from a rare and incurable genetic disease which results in premature ageing." Akhil's condition worsens with his face and body deforming, and eventually, he becomes a hunchback.

In his current condition, Lingesan decides to disappear from the public eye and also from his father's life by faking his death in a car accident. Since, he doesn't wish to let his father know about the embarrassing situation, in which he islet. The only people who know about his situation are Anjali, another close friend of Akhil, Raghav and Aravinth.

Akhil's father suffers from a major stroke after learning unable to bear his only son's death. He gets paralyzed due to the stroke. Thus, Aravinth looks after Akhil's father.

In the meantime, Akhil undergoes Ayurveda treatment in Santhigiri Medical Hospitals of Kerala, guided by Anjali and Raghav. After so many months of treatment, he returns back to normal.

After learning about his recovery and the news of being alive, another doctor friend of Akhil, Doctor G.K.Reddy meets him. He asks him, "Did you believe the words of Aravinth about your health condition?"

"What are you saying, uncle. He is from childhood, my close friend. How could I disbelieve his words about my disease? Actually, I have to inform him about my recovery uncle" said Akhil.

"That all are lies fabricated by Aravinth, Akhil. Kindly don't inform about your recovery too" said G.K.Reddy.

"I am unable to believe your words uncle. How could he do like such?" asked a shocked Akhil.

"To know the answer to this question, first you have to know about this Akhil," said G.K.Reddy. He unveils a flashback to Akhil.(Goes as a narration)

Your father adopted Aravinth after he has been found orphaned. You both became close friends and were like brothers. This is a known fact. But, you have to know the other cruel side of Aravinth. He was attracted to your father's wealth and have developed a mindset to amass his entire wealth.

Poverty and greed would change well to evil. It's a known fact, right. Henceforth, he caused an infection to your brain and as a result of this, you suffered from ADHD. To your's luck, you managed to recover from the disorder.

Angered, he made another plan to bring you down. Henceforth, he brainwashed and misguided your father about your character and psychological factors. To his unexpected plan, you left the house in order to prove your talent to the world.

This further agitated him a lot. At that time only, your's three enemies collaborated with him and Aravinth prepared an injection called A4H3. He injected the virus without the knowledge of Akhil and as a Henceforth, you suffered from the Hunchback disease.

"Is Aravinth this cruel? How you know all these things sir?" asked Akhil.

"I only told him, Akhil," said Aravinth, who have come to the place, having learned about his treatment.

"Raghav. Go away from this place da. Take Anjali with you" said Akhil, giving his keys. However, all three of them are tied up by Aravinth, Ram and Ramana. Reddy apologizes to Akhil for showing Aravinth to him, telling him that his family got kidnapped by him and was left with no way except to do his orders.

"My father considered you as his own son da. But, you!" said Akhil.

"What to do Akhil. You know...money is, what money does...now, I am doing all these for the sake of money...I don't care about betraying you know..." said Aravinth.

Later, he asks Ramana to finish off Akhil, Raghav and Anjali. However, all three manages to escape. Feeling concerned about his father, an enraged Akhil abducts him from his house and keeps him safely in an old house near Tada, with the help of Anjali.

He shows his face to Gopala Krishnan and unveils that, "He would know the reason in a very few minutes, regarding the reason for which he got kidnapped." Aided by Raghav, Akhil decides to avenge those, who had made him suffer for these many days without killing them. He first immolates Ramana Reddy, who suffers severe burns. Then, Akhil prepares a nuclear paste which Ram unknowingly applies to his body, causing his body to suffer severe burn injuries. Next, he subjects Nikhil to paralyzation by mixing up a hydro poison. Finally, he meets Aravinth by implanting a camcorder inside his shirt so that his father may watch the happenings.

Akhil deliberately challenges Aravinth that, "He would protect his father from being cheated by Aravinth", to which he laughs and reveals all the things, that he has done so far to Akhil and tells that, "He can't do anything against him rather than to give up their property and go back to lead a peaceful life."

While speaking, Akhil smartly places an injection(infected with bacteria and fungus) near Aravinth, which he takes. He tries to inject it into Akhil. However, he retaliates back and unwittingly injects it into Aravinth's body, causing his whole body to swell up. Having fulfilled his revenge successfully, Akhil reconciles back with his father, who apologizes to him for misunderstanding him and aiding a poisonous snake.

After a few months, Akhil and Anjali get married and both of them decides to research Cancer, as per the requests of Gopala Krishnan. They proceed to Gopala's office. While getting inside, Akhil sees a quote about Lucifer telling: "We can’t control what happens to us only how it affects us and the choices we make." He smiles and proceeds to go inside his office.
