Create Awareness Using Helmets

Of the thousands of deaths that occur each year in India and across the globe due to road accidents, more than 90 percent of related injuries can be prevented if riders wear helmets, as helmets can prevent head injuries as well as a disability as a result of injuries. These injuries cause considerable economic losses to victims, their families, and to nations as well.

The United Nations General Assembly has also passed a resolution for road safety with the aim of saving millions of lives by improving the safety of roads and vehicles and improving emergency services. Even statistics show that people who were helmets are much less likely to suffer serious head injuries. Education and corporate management and traffic cops must try to create more and more awareness so that people the importance of wearing helmets.
