 Narrator:  Once upon a normal day…

There was a girl named Ava Malone and she lived in New York with her father Max Malone. Her mother Linda Malone died when she was 7 and had been 10 years since her mother's death. Her father knew that Ava needed a mother so he went on a dating site and went on a few dates with a woman named Olivia. But she had 2 daughters Katie and Emma. Max asked Olivia to marry him, she said yes .Nobody knew Olivia had some mental problems.

    Max is dying and is saying his last words

Max: Ava I love you so much take care of your sisters and your mother

Ava: daddy no!

Olivia: Emma hold her

Max: I will love you forever

And he died

The maid came rushing out and held Ava

Mary: I am so sorry Ava

Ava: (crying)

Mary: it will be ok child

Mary: do you need anything

Before Ava could answer

Olivia: yes I do need something go call the corpse collector

Mary leaves and calls the corpse collector

Corpse collector is at the house barging the body

Corpse collector: what did he die from?

Olivia: a heart attack

Corpse collector: would you like to buried him or put his body in a medical study

Olivia: I don’t care I have all his money whatever costs less

Corpse collector: alright medical study it is

 4: 00 Mady the neighbor came by to give them some dinner

Mady knocking on the door

Katie answers the door

Katie: hi Mady what’s up

Mady: I came by to give you some dinner

Mady: we had extra

Katie: so you heard what happened

Mady: word travels fast

Katie: well thanks

Mady: tell Ava and the family I'm sorry

Katie: ok

And katie shut the door

      Ava and Josh at recess

Josh: Hey Ava ,what’s up?

Josh said with enthusiasm

Ava: (surges)

Josh: sorry I was just trying to lighten the mood

Ava: it’s ok

Ben: Hey Ava and Josh, do you guy’s want to play basketball?

Josh: I will

Ben: How about you Ava?

Ava: I'll keep score

Ben: ok

                    ***

Olivia: Emma, would you get the door please?

Emma: I can't mother, I am getting dressed.

Olivia: fine! I’ll get the door.

(As she opened the door the mailman was there she signed for the package and shut the door. She opened the package and gasped.)

Olivia: Emma! Katie! Get down here i have excellent news!

Emma: what is it mother?

Katie: tell me, tell me, tell me

(Katie said as she rushed down the stairs.

Emma came quickly after with Ava holding Emma’s homework)

Olivia: Well girls it seems that all my hard work has paid off working at that school. We got a free vacation to Washington D.C this weekend!

Emma: This weekend!

Katie: how long will we stay!?

Olivia: um..i don’t have my reading glasses

Katie: give me it

(Katie grabs the paper and reads..)

Katie: It says a whole month!!

Emma: No way! We miss school for a month and don’t have any homework because mom is the principal.

Ava: Can I come with you? I have been studying really hard. I promise I won't be in any trouble.

(Ava said with hopefulness)

Katie,Emma and Olivia looked at each other and decided but words were not needed, they looked at ava.

Olivia: only if you get all A ’s on every test

Ava: And if I don't?

Olivia: you will go to summer school

Ava knew that her stepmother was serious, she looked at Katie and Emma. She knew that they would be happy to try to ruin her vacation if she did go, but if she went to summer school it would be on her school record.

Ava: ok

Emma: get breakfast ready would you!

(2 seconds pass)

Emma: Well don’t just stand there go make it!

Katie: and while it is cooking get my stuff ready for school

(Ava got their stuff ready for school and cooked breakfast)

             Friday 10: 30 in Olivia’s office

(Olivia sat down at her desk and got on her computer and went to Ava’s grades and changed them to where she would not be able to go on the trip.)

Olivia: Well this is going to be a lovely vacation!

                * * *

Friday 2: 00 in home room getting their report cards

Mrs.lambotom: now class i am going to pass out your report cards this is the last one this year and this one decides if you will go to summer school. Don’t talk while I am passing out your grads.

(Mrs: lambotom passed out all the report cards except for Ava’s she walked over to her desk.)

Mrs.lambotom: I am truly sorry I don’t know what happened.

(She handed her the paper

Ava had a look of dismay on her face)

Mrs: lambotom: you know that this means that you have to go to summer school.

                   * * *

Ava and her sisters are back home after school

Olivia: so girls how was your reportcard’s

Katie: I got all A’s and B’s!

Emma: I got all A ’s

Emma: What did you get Ava(she said sarcastically)

Ava: i got.. I got B’s and 3 C’s

Emma: Yes! you can't come, you can’t come, you can’t come!

Olivia: Yes well that is unfortunate you have to pack your stuff for school. We can drop you off on the way to the airport.

(Ava packed her things for summer school and was in the car on the way to summer school.)

Olivia: Well hello there!

Mrs.Pork: hello there I will be showing you around the school and where you will be staying

Mrs.pork: get your bags and say your goodbye’s and i will show you around.

Ava: bye have a nice trip

(She said quietly)

Emma: Bye rat!

Katie: I'm going to miss you doing whatever I say!

Olivia: have a nice time and try to enjoy yourself!

The way that Olivia said her goodbyes Ava knew that she had changed her grades somehow.

Mrs.Pork showed Ava around the school and ended with showing her where her room was.

Mrs.Pork: this is your room your stuff will already be in there.

Ava: Thanks, one question: do I get a paper with my class times and where they are?

Mrs.Pork: Here are your class times and names I will make sure everything is in order. Lights out at 11: 00 and you can’t leave the school after 5: 00

(She turned and walked away, Ava went into her room, arranged her things and went to sleep.)

(Ava walked out of her room and was looking down at her schedule and walked straight into another person. When she looked up to see who she bumped into it was prince Ryder the third.)

Ava: oh.. I am so sorry i wasn’t looking where i was going

Ryder: it’s ok here’s your paper’s

Ava: thank you

Ryder: what’s your name?

Ava: Ava

Ava: if you don’t mind me asking what is a prince doing at a summer school?

Ryder: I wanted to leave London for a while and do things that normal people do for once.

Ryder: what classes do you have?

Ava: i have science, math, reading, art, social studies, lunch, and gym.

Ryder: hey! I'm in all of your classes. This is great! Now I will know someone.

Over the course of a few weeks Ava and Ryder were best friends and were partners with each other for every project. Ryder walked with Ava to class , had lunch with her every day. Ava was starting to fall in love with Ryder and Ryder was starting to fall in love with Ava also.

Week 3 ,wednesday,12: 00, lunch at wendy’s

Ryder: hey so..I was wondering if you would like to have dinner with me tonight? (he said nervously.)

Ava: sure what time and where.(she tried to hide her excitement)

Ryder: The twin towers at 6: 00 I saying in room 68
