I was in 10th standard studying in DAV Public School in a small town Nahan of Himachal Pradesh. Our School organised a trip to Mussoorie a beautiful Heritage town situated in Uttarakhand. The journey started from Nahan on our school bus with all the teachers and students. Our head coordinator Mr. Rakesh pundir who was also our mathematics teacher made a good arrangement of food & snacks on the way.

The very first place that you visited over there is Kempty Fall. It very beautiful waterfall & the prime attraction of Mussoorie. People enjoy swimming and many other water sports over there. All of us enjoyed it very much over there and as we left that place, immediately we moved to all road which is a famous scenic spot for photography. Photographers click pictures of the tourist in the traditional dress of Uttarakhand. Wearing the traditional dress feels like you are not an alien but you are one of them- you are one with them.

All of us enjoyed ourselves a lot till evening and now it was time to have something as our stomachs were empty. As I started searching my pocket I realise that I have lost my wallet. I realize that I have lost it at Kempty fall where I was changing my dress.

I was feeling hungry but I did not have the courage to ask my friends to lend me money. I was feeling shy. Somebody was having Pizza, somebody was having a burger, somebody was having French fries and I was just looking at them with greedy eyes I did not have the courage to tell them that am hungry but I am having no money.

Suddenly one of my classmates, Garima Girhotra, realise that everybody was having something except me. She just came to me & asked, "What happened Piyush. Are you OK?". I said, "Yes I am fine, nothing to worry about".

To this, she said, "If everything is fine then why are you not eating anything like all of us?"

To this, I instantly said, "Oh! I don't like fast food. You see, it spoils your health."

Listening to this, Garima just smiled & said," Piyush all of us are the most notorious kids in the school & certainly we can make fool of anyone. But you see, we cannot make fool of each other. So just tell me what is the problem".

Both of us started laughing & I told her the whole story. After that, we together had a full meal till my stomach was satisfied. And now since my stomach was full, I fully enjoyed myself with all my friends & certainly made that trip the most memorable trip of my life.

On our way back home on the school bus, I was thinking that why don't we speak our hearts out, and why we create transparent barriers among our own friends. There is so much to tell everybody around us:- "I really love you, I really care for you, I really want you to handle this project, I really want you to be with you this weekend, I really want you to be at the inauguration ceremony of my First Book." But we never say it.

The only bridge between desire & fulfillment is "speaking out" but the dilemma is we don't want to build this bridge. Ladies and gentlemen, just build this bridge, create that connection of love & caring among your friends, family members & relatives & soon you will come to know that the entire world was waiting to hug you with open arms & just because of your ignorance, you felt like you are all alone.
