A Monster In The Drawing Room

She kept searching in her drawing room and couldn't find what she was looking for. Her musings did not stop and she didn't wish for it either. All memories were kept safe as in a museum, preserved with occasional visits. And those were not deliberate.

A number of distinguished personalities visit her often in her drawing room, each defined and named by Freud, his contemporaries and followers, to discuss matters leaving her distraught. Well , with each one lingering still, she set forth to search for that something to put into the paper, when the hustle and bustle of work settled.

Patience, she reminded herself, be patient. It's the first one and one should not push oneself so hard as a woman does to get her baby out at the time of its birth.

To add a little sense, a pinch of humour and to mix it up with ideas would be deliberate. To have a distinct format, a style of its own would give it a form. She knew it all. And so to put into paper she looked for the monster that lurked beneath often. At times, the monster raised it's hood but it slithered away quickly. But now she gives time for it to bloom and set the drawing room, waiting for the monster to be put into the paper.
