A High School Love Story

“Fast, tell me who wrote this ‘LOVE LETTER'?” the principal roared at Sidharth and Anishka.

“Ma'am, you are reacting like I have planted a bomb here!!”, replied Sid in low voice.

“If you have given a chance you would do that too, wouldn't you? So you wrote it!!”

“Are you a mind reader?”, he gulped his question and nodded.

“Seriously, is this the age for such things?”

“So what is the age written in the constitution of India for writing a love letter?”, his mind whispered.

“Did you say something?”

“No Ma'am”

“This is your final warning. If you ever do this again I will take action, got it.…”

“Yes, Ma'am”

“Now take your bags and go. The final bell has rung.”

Sidharth was a shy boy yet he gathered the courage to take the blame, Anishka was a studious girl who thought love was a sin yet she mustered the courage to commit it by writing the love letter!!

Well, their glued hands, two pairs of sparkling eyes and a pair of smiles don't need a love letter anymore!!
