Won't Say Please
Won't Say Please

The times have transformed,
Said singers have sung their songs.
Lest the listeners love to lie,
Claimed commoner creed, we cry.
We, the world of women
Plead for perfection; for pay?
Recognition, rewards, regrets?
When forbidden is the frustration of frets?
But birth is a bane for us,
And all that is apt for us.
Is never noticed to necessitate,
Hope is here, hope in hate.
Yet the times have transformed,
And woe to women who've been wronged.
Further we fight, further we find,
Because we're beautiful, we're not blind.
We won't please, why should we?
A part of this planet, entitled to be free-
We, the world women, won't wither.
Heaven and hell, they both hover hither.
