Forlorn Hope

 

When circumstances make you the one you always feared 

When the steps you took are the ones you always jeered 

When your past becomes your most dreaded nightmare 

The road ahead is dark how far you may stare 

When your mind starts playing violent games 

When your heart is full of shame 

The decisions you took, choices you made spelled your own grave

 Vault of heaven opened to reveal the hells fury 

The dreams, the bright dreams got lost in the sinister stream of evil 

Exultant thoughts got consumed by the devil 

That when my poor human 

That when the realization dawns upon your infected mind 

The connaisance that unwanted one is you

The wrong-doer, the heartless son of Satan 

All were born equal, holy sons of light but you have become a symbol of despair 

A failure, a lost cause for all to stare.
