Speak Out

Speak out, shy away not,

never ever suffer, in silence,

when body shamed, donot take the blame,

let not others opinions, bother,

let not judgements, preconceived notions,

affect your self esteem,

or give way to, self-doubt,

we're all born, beautiful, unique,

each one flawless, special indeed,

there's absolutely nothing, you need to change,

don't bother or worry, don't hide, anywhere,

just believe yourself, stay strong, always,

don't ever let bullies, get you down,

there are far better things in life,

to concentrate upon,

nobody has authority, over your body,

remember always, it's your right,

never let, mean people, spoil your life,

offend, hurt, worsen, your plight,

fight back humiliation, it's your life,

love yourself, live with pride.
