Simple But Not Easy

Life is simple!

Don't confuse it with easy.

It has to be windy,

Don't expect it to be breezy.

It is the simple,

Which is difficult to grasp.

The complex on the other hand

People generally clasp.

Simple means doing the right,

It requires, struggle and fight.

Fight against the monkey mind,

Wishes, desires, thoughts that unwind.

Simple requires calm, control and compose.

It requires restlessness, rest and repose.

Losing them is easy and easy is complicated.

Complications are fashion and simple is dated.

Simple are values, virtues and valour.

Easy are gaudiness, give-ups and glamour.

Simple is discipline, simple is daring,

Simple is loving and simple is caring.

Although when I say Simple, it's not easy

Simple is satisfaction, sufficience and soulful

Easy is dissatisfaction, demanding and devilish

Simple isn't easy but life is very simple(ish).
