Pain is a gift don't waste it,

Don't waste it blaming,

Don't waste it complaining,

Don't waste it hating,

Don't waste it to get sympathy,

But use it to learn empathy,

Because pain make you feel yourself,

Pain makes you understand yourself,

Learn to accept your pain,

Take it, feel it, cry over it,

But learn from it,

Let it make you wiser

Let it make you ride up stronger,

Till you know your better,
