Pain is a gift don't waste it,

Don't waste it blaming, complaining, hating,

Don't waste it to get sympathy,

Use it to learn empathy,

Pain makes you feel yourself,

Pain makes you understand yourself,

Accept it, take it, feel it, cry over it,

But learn from it,

Till you become wiser,

Build yourself to be better,

And ride up stronger,

Your pain can be a gift,

Don't waste it.
