Important Year For Me!

        Important Year For Me! 

That’s because most of the poems I wrote all these years,

The poems that I could find as some I have lost and couldn’t find, 

Are taking shape in the form of a book,

A collection of poetry with different chapters,

All that I wrote at different times in my life,

Some during sad times, some happy times,

Some difficult times, some cheerful masti times,

About my parents, family, friends, pets, values etc. 

All my feelings captured very raw here,

No editing done or written again,

Just unfiltered thoughts straight from my mind,

No jazzy words, only simple tones, 

It may be the same feeling in most poems even now,

Some may be not as things have improved, 

But for sure it was there at that point of time,

No hard feelings to anyone whatsoever,

It’s just the thought in my mind on paper,

As this is the only way i know,

Which lightens and brightens me, 

For my day and routine to go on as before! 

Waiting to see my book in print, 

This year for sure it will be finally done !
