The new employee has to face 

The strange superiority attitudes

Nepotism is the favor provided to relatives or friends

nd real talents

So it's not less than Nepotism

When the new employees go through all the bewildered pressures

That distort them at large

To feel you inferior and subordinate 

Should We allow such Traditions here

Then what would be the difference

Between the literates and the illiterates

Try to bring the change within yourself
