Door énigmatique

Once upon a door miraculously got unlocked,

Hundreds swamped side to side;

Many strenuously together flocked,

Disciplined by requisite rules to abide;

Little did many know of how they were about to be deadlocked,

Regardless of the magnitude slackening their stride.

Beaming eyes with hopes and aspirations,

Towards the door they rushed;

But unfortunately only fortunate passed the gate,

Leaving behind several dreams crushed;

Favoring the ones born with the golden fate,

Indeed fools are those who believe all you need is dedication.
